誠闊礁溪渡假飯店VASTY HOT SPRING RESORT

Very chic and European style decor. The rooms are good. The bath water was very clear and felt and tasted like regular water. I might be wrong. The room and other amenities was good. Free soda water, coffee, tea and snacks. Would recommend.

Very friendly and clean. The hot spring bath in our room is huge! My sons love the 24hr free flow of sodas and ice popsicles. Breakfast is nice for my Taiwanese appetite.

Hotel is quite new and lobby is nicely done.
One can help yourself to some snack and drinks before check in time.
Near to a park and can stroll for a while if one arrive too early.

The rooftop pool is great and ambience is good with food view of the surronding landscape. Come with self help free drinks in the fridge.

Rooms are in tip top condition and there are some interesting accessories in the room which can be purchase at the gallery in the hotel lobby.

There is even a mini coffee making machine in the room. Good for coffee lovers.
10 pillows (2 small) makes our stay real comfy

Hot spring pool in room is a bit too small for a 4 pax room. Too cramp if two pax were to soak together.

Breakfast is good and dinning environment is great.

Staff are friendly and will stay there again in future visits to Jiaoxi.

Clean and modern cozy decor. Love the 24-hr snack bar that's included for free for all guests. Love the Rooftop lounge where you can relax and see Turtle Island on a clear day. Rooms are clean and nice, love the hot spring bathtub included in the room, hot water was a bit unstable, but still manageable if you know how to operate

Good: super friendly staff, very excellent customer service, hot spring in room, better quality soaps and toiletry than most hotels

Bad: not much. Shower area is small and water sprays to near where the toilets are. Breakfast bacon and sausages seemed boiled instead of grilled.

Very nice and clean hotel. The rooms have deep stone tub for hot spring soaking, and a cafe room with complementary snacks and drinks all day. The beds are big and clean. The kids and us love it.

Originally, I booked a double room in holiday, unfortunately, there will be a typhoon coming around the trip dates.
So we called to hotel to ask whether could cancel to refund or not, the desk "宋先生" kindly said "it's all fine that we don't want you get hurt or something bad happen because of typhoon.
It's really a good experience even although I don't check in in the end!!
Based on that, I believe I will choose this hotel when planning to Ilan again. Thank you "宋先生" on front-desk

2023.12.10(日)高級家庭房 加大雙人床x2，Klook 5014含早餐，去之前不確定加大雙人床跟雙人床房型價差500是否真的有區別，各大訂房網標示不明，後來安排909邊間，有瞄到別間一般雙人床是兩張放一起床比較小的，跟朋友出遊還是選加大比較舒適。

房間整潔度佳，浴室邊條發霉之類的我覺得溫泉旅館很難避免，但浴缸跟馬桶都乾淨，意外的是這間還有陽台可以打開通風。浴池很深，腿可以伸直，出水很快。

備品的份量太小，長髮女覺得有點逼人，我一個人可以用掉半罐洗髮精，四個人要怎麼分🤣

頂樓的池深度到成人膝蓋，水溫不高，再冷就不適合玩耍。不用期待點心bar，零食都不怎麼樣，但可樂可以一直喝很爽XD

早餐豐盛中西式都有，10點結束但是9:45都還會補菜，也備有各式起司或果汁等我覺得很用心，整體來說會推薦朋友或家庭，下次會再入住。

Ps 但空調很難掌控，怎麼樣都覺得熱，風量也不大好想開電風扇，晚上又變很冷！可能再冷一點比較適合來住🤣

頂樓的泳池因為天冷有提供溫水泳池
雖然只是溫水 但在冬天可以玩到水滿棒的
還有24小時點心吧 不怕肚子餓

這價位的住房有這麼豐富的早餐
覺得CP值很高

有24小時的bar供應飯店內住客使用
（品項居然有冰棒、汽水、豆花、水果、各式茶包）很猛！

住房也不錯
冰箱有面膜氣泡水～🤣
而且還有膠囊咖啡☕
溫泉水也很熱很舒適！
Cp質很高！

第一次入住非常滿意！過年返鄉，為了避開塞車潮，臨時決定停留礁溪，本來在評論看到許多負評還擔心一下，但實際入住後非常滿意，絕對會再次光顧！
房間乾淨舒適，一家四口綽綽有餘，房內泡湯池很大，飯店一樓的24小時吧提供豐富餅乾、飲料、冰棒及水果等，這個價位算是CP值很高！
我們下樓取外送時，飯店人員看到還主動詢問是否要餐具，除了大人餐具還附帶兒童餐具，太窩心了！
比較美中不足的是地下停車場，進出需特別留意，我們開5+2休旅車是沒問題的！

看到們有小朋友還主動問我們需不需要沒冰的飲料

早餐餐點也很精緻好吃，還附有一個24小時的點心吧，餅乾跟飲料可以自行取用

房間很寬敞 插座很多
唯一的缺點真的就是那個淋浴的拉門完全沒有什麼作用，水會一直流出去整個地上都是水
如果有帶長輩或小孩的要小心滑倒

總的來說，算是物超所值的體驗

2024年除夕到訪。地下室1樓地下室2樓有專用停車場，車位不多。鬧中取靜的地點，走路到湯溝圍公園約五到10分鐘。房間中規中矩，有免治馬桶，唯一的缺點是廁所跟泡湯屋中間是透明的玻璃門，泡湯時也不能讓別人進去上廁所廁所，廁所也沒也沒有鎖頭，上廁所沒有安全感。頂樓的環境很清幽，但是戲水池不熱，冬天不適合在外面泡😁 1樓有自助吧是免費使用、有咖啡甚至有啤酒，小點心，水果，冰棒，過年期間還有紅酒白酒🤣早餐的選擇不是很多，但是也已經很足夠了，可以參考相片。
