Room was spacious, clean, and AC was excellent. The WiFi was good and the hotel staff were very accommodating.

Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful, and there were many options. Only complaint is that there were only 1 or 2 kinds of meat.

Very happy with the hot spring and the tub was large and the bathroom was modern.

The counter staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. House keeping staff are friendly too . Great 👍 place to stay 👌.

Service good and friendly... They can prepare vegetarian breakfast as well.

在Booking上面訂房，房間整體跟上面的照片一樣，沒有騙照整體很舒適。旅店身處鬧區，外面買東西吃東西很方便，下次再來礁溪會再次選擇這家。

看到臉書廣告看到蠻吸引人的想說難得來礁溪順便住一晚，沒想到前面就遇到雷店，好家在這間還有空房，一晚兩千多還算合理，房間裡不管在哪裡都是有圓仔的原素真的好可愛，設備也很好，衛浴設備還分左右兩邊，還有賣他們的商品蠻便宜的，服務人員都很親切，舒舒服服的度過一個美好的夜晚

一進大門就被可愛熊熊吸引，櫃檯人員服務也是親切，幫忙指引停車，另一位人員則是熱情告知有踩街活動，接著進入房間，簡單樸實，床非常舒適，軟硬適中，隔音也很不錯，可以讓人好好睡覺休息。浴缸算大，水壓算強，可以很快進入泡溫泉時間...
早餐也豐盛，菜色也不少，每一道口味都不錯...
整體來說，目前國旅哄抬價位狀況下，這家的平日CP值算不錯的！！

空间的大小对两个人来说非常舒服。床很大，两个人睡完全没在打架。泡汤蓄水也很快，洗完澡差不多就蓄好可以开始泡了。早餐很好吃，尤其是炒高里菜和培根鲜笋卷，还有鲭鱼焦香咸香的。旅店就位于礁溪老街里面，推荐吃旅店门前的碳烤玉米和花生冰淇淋卷。

房間大床舒適，浴室寬敞，泡澡池和淋浴分開，乾淨衛生，人員溫柔，用餐環境佳，一家五口住親子房，剛剛好，適合親子住房😊😊
