Yunoyado Onsen Hot Spring Hotel - Xinyi Branch

Our kids loved this little hotel as much as we do during our trip in mid Nov. It is along a quiet street and walkable to convenience shop, eating places, massage and coin operated laundromat which opened till 10.30pm. The breakfast selection though small, is sufficient and the breakfast lady was very helpful! Service staff were all very friendly. Loved the in room onsen and we would stay here again in our next trip.

Hotel is located within walking distance from Yilan train station and shops. Room is cosy and clean, with a hot spring tub so you can enjoy hot spring in your room. The staff are polite and nice. There is also free breakfast and tea time. Room rates are value for money. Would stay here again if I'm back in Jiaoxi.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and had a pleasant Japanese vibe, thanks to the in-room hot spring. The staff were friendly, and the location, close to eateries and shopping, made it convenient. While the room was comfortable, I encountered some inconvenience with the TV, as it tended to disconnect easily. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience at the hotel was positive.

Love the Japanese style onsen vibe. The room is very comfortable and I love the fact that we get a yukata to wear during our stay there. The main draw is the private onsen tub in every room. It's spacious enough for 1 person to stretch out. Simple but hearty breakfast provided. Travellers will appreciate the 24 hour laundromat located just across the road from the hotel too.

This hotel is amazing! The room is clean and the onsen is spacious. The room isn't the biggest that's not a problem for me at all. Breakfast is included and delicious. Phenomenal location.

Some walk away from train station and you can find this nice onsen inn tucked away in a corner of the street. Pleasant stay 😊 Lovely clean room and nice private onsen bath! Note that the water stopper in bathroom has to be placed properly for water to be stopped. Free buffet spread for afternoon tea (4pm to 7pm) and breakfast (7.30 am to 10:30 am) Simple but the flavours were amazing 👍🏻

This hotel in Jiaoxi is truly amazing! As the first stop on our island-hopping journey, the experience here left a profound impression on us. What we loved the most was their large bathtub, which is super spacious and perfect for easing the travel fatigue after a whole day on the road. Whether it's in the morning or for evening relaxation, soaking in the bathtub is always a pleasure.

The staff's service attitude is also excellent; they are always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The location of the parking lot is very convenient, just across the hotel, and you only need to take a card to park easily, which added a lot of convenience to our trip.

The breakfast offers a variety of choices, allowing us to try different delicacies every day, giving us a wonderful start. The only regret is that the outdoor foot bath was closed during our stay, so we couldn't experience it, but it has become a reason for us to visit again next time.

In conclusion, our stay was very satisfying, and we look forward to staying at this hotel again for more comfort and convenience. If you plan to visit Jiaoxi, this hotel is definitely a must-not-miss choice!

Overall is pretty good and comfy, water pressure is also really good unlike some places, location is away for the main city but quite and nice

The room is spacious come with bathtub. The receptionist is very friendly also. They do provide tea time snacks and breakfast as well. There’s quite a few attractions nearby (walking distance). Overall good experience.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff made exceptions for us to check in earlier so that our toddler can take her nap. Staff also gave great suggestions to the nearby fish spa and the more famous streets around the hotel. Room is clean. Bathroom is big with a big tub for a nice onset experience. Breakfast and afternoon tea were enjoyed by the young and old. 10/10 would recommend

The room is clean, well maintained and goes by japanese modern zen onsen like furnishings. Feel very relaxing inside. The stone bath tub allows my spouse and me to have our private onsen.

Comes with breakfast and free afternoon tea (4-7pm) at the rooftop where u can enjoy some bites while making your dinner plans. there is an open air footspa at the rooftop, n you can go there to take an elevated look at the surrounding town.

Breakfast spread is rather limited. I only took the porridge as my comfort food.

Parking is very easy, plentiful at an open air carpark with a nonsupervised gantry, and complimentary.

Service at the counter is great with polite and well trained staff.

On the flip side, they dont have resident masseurs for massage. Have to walk 8+min to another sister hotel which is along the main street. Their location is slightly off the main buzz of the town; about 6-8min walk away from the bustling streets of this town where many shops are. May be a plus point if you like quiet and peace at night.

All in all, it was a comfortable stay, and hotel has good offer rates when we booked. Recommend to stay as it is pretty value for money

The room features a delightful in-room hot spring, and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient, close to eateries and convenience stores. However, the TV internet appears to be unstable. Nevertheless, overall, it was a good experience.

Upon reaching the hotel, it gives a strong zen feel. Although area was small but it was comfy. The space of room was just enough for 4pax and bathtub was huge. Highly recommended.

The outlet is jiaoxi is nicely located near the famous shopping street like it’s only one turn away? As u walk down the shopping street sits the food street so u get the best of both worlds!! we arrived slightly earlier so they stored our luggages as check in is only at 4 pm so we went to SHOP!!😀😀 so many shops that we spent 4 hrs and return to the hotel at 4 sharp where we were given a room and served afternoon tea!! YAY!! BEST OF ALL U GET TO SOAK UR FEET WHILE EATING AFTERNOON TEA AND U DONT HAVE TO SHARE WITH ALL THE AUNTY AND UNCLES AT THEIR PARK!!! There’s a private onsen in the room too and LET ME TELL YOU the shampoo they use is SUPERB the fragrance is soo good i love it. breakfast is just the usual taiwanese breakfast in any other hotel but their GARLIC BUTTER SPREAD ITS SO GOOD!! i miss it 😢
