Just Sleep Yilan Jiaoxi

Awesome facilities we stayed in the 4 persons Japanese style room the interior design is unique, once you entered the room you will be greeted by the huge bathtub and followed by 2 big beds. There is naked onsen at the basement and outdoor pool at level 1.

Exceptional experience, will come back to stay more days if we revisit Jiaoxi again. 👍🏼

I have booked in Justsleep Jioaxi for our family holiday. The location is central with walking distance to night market and eateries.
Reception staff was warm, courteous and attentive.
The room is breakfast included with daily changes of menus, there is always something new to impress.
Afternoon tea and space available for relax between activities. Staff Fanny was so friendly and offered lots of local attraction knowledge.
We had an awesome stay. Highly recommended. 5 star services!👍

5 star hotel in my experience - but probably because it’s short of some amenities which are not important for the location?

I love the room - it’s huge and clean. Very clean. The tubs are well cleaned too. Shower foam and shampoo are fragrant and good quality.

My wife and I decided to book a room with this hotel on the spur of the moment...and went with the package deal, which included dinner (sukiyaki) and breakfast. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel offers light snacks in the lobby during the afternoon, and is also located within walking distance from the train station. Highly recommended if you just want to spend a nice relaxing day in that area.

I just took a class on how to make Aiyu Jelly (愛玉凍) with Karen. It was super interesting and she is a great teacher!!! A true asset to the Just Sleep staff!!!

I stayed in Just Sleep Jiaoxi for one night from Saturday 29th to Sunday the 30th of February, 2023. Impeccable experience.

I cannot be more satisfied with my stay, particularly, with the kind and mindful treatment that I received when I suffered from food poisoning from a meal I had back in Taipei.

Not only was I offered a lift to the hospital on the hotel shuttle bus, but a kind member of the staff stayed with me to translate everything from English to Mandarin. As a result, the process was fast and smooth and I quickly felt better. I was also offered free beverages (including iodine drinks to rehydrate) and asked whether I wanted my breakfast delivered to my room.

Putting the excellent service aside, my room was spacious and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese-style "ofuro" (bathtub) as well as the underground spa. The food selection at the buffet seemed very good too. This is what all hotels should strive for. Thank you so much and see you next time!

The room was amazing even though it was small. Loved the hotspring :) Bed was cumfy. Great place if you have kids. Lots of small rooms for them to play in and a warm pool outside with rubber duckies.

With less than 2 years old, the interior of this hotel is well designed and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I was told there are only two rooms per floor that has a western style room with a giant hot spring tub. And it was definitely a treat to have private access to a giant size tub inside your own room. Although the water was supposed to be from hot spring, there was not the sulphuric smell. All in all, I would definitely come back here in the future.

Really love this hotel with its in-room onsen setting. I din manage to take a photo but the hotel is really comfortable and the service staff are friendly! Would definitely come back to stay at the same hotel in future! Already looking forward to the next trip! Will also spend more time in Jiaoxi, Yilan.. lovely and beautiful place to check out!

A quiet, slow paced hotel situated in a peaceful spa town. The location is perfect as it is just a 5 minute walk to downtown and also a 10 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was hearty, with plenty of choices, each made with high quality ingredients. Each room was equipped with their own spa tub and there is also a public one in the basement. Highly recommended hotel in Jiaoxi.

The hotel room is equipped with a hot spring bath tub. There is an outdoor hot spring in level 1 and an indoor separate sex hot spring in basement 1 of the hotel.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean is spacious and the view outside my window has a good view of the sunrise.

Good clean room. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot springs fed pools. Excellent choices of hot n cold breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Stayed only one night but will come back!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, but family rooms with 2 double beds can be a little cramped.

Service is impeccable. I broke my umbrella and the staff got their engineer to look into and repair it over lunch. Amazing!

This is the first time I come to Jiaoxi, "Just Sleep" is the one always choose when I travel around. Just Sleep Jiaoxi was just excellent, with great location, close to the train station and bus exchange station, if I am coming back to Jiaoxi, I will choose just sleep again.
With free access facilities, I didn't have time to actually to use it, such as swimming pool, indoor hotspring, and so much more you can do in the hotel, just because I had really tight schedule this time.
The breakfast buffet here was amazed me the most, there are lots dishes you can choose from(Chinese & Western style). GREAT

It’s a family style hotel. Ryan helped us check-in and let us feel like home. My family was enjoying the hospitality, hot spring facility, and rich breakfast here. Highly recommended!

Simple Japanese Muji style. Convenient. Breakfast is good and think this is good for family trip with kids, however the hot-spring don't have much style and indifferent to bath (inside room) or swimming pool (public one)
