Longji Beef Noodle Restaurant

By far the best beef noodle restaurant in the Toucheng area. The broth is served hot and is very flavorful. The beef is tender and well cooked. The small dish are tasty and very reasonably priced. There’s plenty of indoor dining seating as well as a few tables outside. The staff are efficient and food is served quickly.

Must try the signature Three Treasures noodles! The side dishes were also really good. I like the dry beehoon too.

They started business at 11:10 am. We visited at around 1pm and the most popular dishes were sold out. Luckily, they still had some irregular portions left and they offered us a taster platter! Yummy! Each bowl of noodles contained 3 thick slices of beef at least 1cm thick.

One of my community neighbors drove all the way from Toufen to Toucheng before the restaurant opens at 11 am for the three pearl (beef, tendon and tripe) noodle soup. He was nice enough to get a take away for me. Yes, indeed, it’s one of the best beef noodle soup I ever had. No wonder it’s closed on Sunday and people line up before the restaurant opens at 11 am. Strongly recommend any beef noodle soup fan to put this as one of must visit spot.

Best beef noodle I have tasted so far! The beef is succulent and soft, it melts in my mouth. The beef stock is a bit herbal but light ... I slurp every bit of it... Will certainly come again on my next visit to Yilan.

宜蘭「龍記牛肉麵」可是頭城No.1牛肉麵排隊名店，每天只營業3小時，開門前總是大排長龍，就連颱風隔天也有人排隊啊；而且每天限量供應的牛三寶麵更是搶手，常開門沒多久就被秒殺啊，另外筋肉麵、蔥燒牛肉麵、牛肉乾拌麵也很棒唷～

內用順序：
1.到櫃台點餐結帳
2.拿到號碼牌等叫號

不用自己找位置，座位是由店家安排哦！

菜單直接掛在櫃台上方，每日限量供應的牛三寶麵通常都是未開店前，就得來排隊才吃得到，我們這天12點多到，但是平常日的關係，所以人沒有很多，不過就我個人口味覺得，跟一般牛肉麵差不多。

2/23 13:40點了蔥燒牛肉麵，一碗$190，牛肉塊入味軟嫩、湯頭清爽、蔥花青脆，且吃完口腔不會殘留生蔥味，非常推薦！店週日休息，平日與週六也只營業到14:00（售完為止），若要前往品嚐美食建議事先規劃好時間，以免撲空喔！
