Aloft Taipei Beitou

We stayed in Aloft Taipei Beitou for 6 nights in March, the room was spacious for 2 people, and the mountain view was very peaceful. Even though the room was not ready when we arrived, front desk told us coming back at 2:30pm, and she personally made sure it was ready for us.
Every night we came back, a gentleman always greeted us "welcome back" which was pleasant. One night the sink in the bathroom was clogged, immediately a tech staff was sent to the room and fixed it. When we checked out, we chatted with Eugene and May, both were pleasant to speak with. Felt like this is a home away from home.

I was worried at first after viewing so many negative comments, but it turned out to be a really nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got upgraded successfully by using our NUA, and the room was quiet with a great view!

Super friendly staff, great accommodation and facilities, close to the station, but easy enough for Uber to find. A great stay, would recommend.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Location isn’t close to the Taipei main station but it’s okay since I did pick it knowing where it was located. Good thing it was close to bus and train station so it’s not too big of a deal. Great service and the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

A stone throw away from the hot spring area with picturesque views from the rooms. Shout out to Howard at the front desk for exceptional customer service.

The staff was awesome. The room was spacious and clean. They are perfect by NY standards.

I’ve been a platinum membership for years and lived at many Marriott hotels , I would say this aloft really surprised me. 20 mins walk to the hot spring area, the front desk are helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, highly recommend.

This is my 4th visit to this property, and I loved it every time.
Great rooms, excellent and friendly staff, they’ll go out of their ways to keep guests happy.
5 minutes walk to the rapid train which takes you everywhere in Taipei city.. 2 minutes walk to convenient store.. restaurants all over. Starbucks on-site. Also an amazing restaurant on the 3rd floor.
If you want a great place to stay without breaking your wallet.. this is it..

what a great place to stay. The front desk hostesses are the best greed with a friendly smile and help you find your way around the town. I will be back. The rooms are nicely decorated with a great view. The restaurant and bar very nicely decorated with a nice beverage and food selection. The pizza was very good

Rooms are well maintained, relatively big and comfortable. Amongst the Aloft hotels I have tried, this has one of the best service. After I left my AirPods behind, they emailed me in the night and arranged delivery (at a reasonable fee, despite being almost 1am) to Sheraton where I was staying in. Both hotels coordinated seamlessly in getting back my AirPods. Special thanks to Howard Ho who was helpful, resourceful and great in communicating.

Good stay. Rooms are adequately big and well equipped. Staff was really friendly and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth.

I stayed here for 8 nights during quarantine. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the windows were large enough for me to not feel so trapped.
The staffs were nice and helpful, and paid attention to my dietary restrictions (e.g. no beef) throughout the stay. The meals, however, were quite disappointing. Most of them tasted mediocre, some were awful… I’ve attached a few for reference, but the looks were actually (much) better than they tasted.

It has been a breath-taking scenic view by taking these pictures of sunrise in 5:00 AM today. It was gorgeous by mesmerized the greatest nature that God had created. Marvelous!

Very comfortable stay. No complaints. Service was friendly and highly responsive - they’ll replenish your water/tea/coffee, give you slippers upon request, etc. I stayed for the 14-day quarantine. Bento box meals were solid though a bit repetitive by the end of the 2 weeks. Breakfast was probably the weakest meal - wish there were more Asian options. (They cycled through French toast, pancakes, croissant breakfast sandwich, white bread breakfast sandwich, etc.)

I like this hotel because it is nice, simple, clean, and friendly staff. It take 5 minutes walk to metro subway system. I run in nearby area with nice walkways and green space. Parking is included with adequate space in basement. Breakfast was okay with western and Chinese options but it could be better. Room has shower only as I expected. Spring water supplies were always refresh everyday. Actually 4 bottles were provided everyday. It is double compared to other hotels. Only thing that it could be better wad not upgraded my room as gold member.

I am glad that I picked Beitou Aloft for my hotel qurantine. I stayed on the 17th floor with the best view. The service was superb. All my requests were quickly taken great care of. Food was great. My vegetarian meal boxes were great. They got back efficiently with Line chats, emails, or calls. The only pity was I didn't know how the hotel looked like, even though I stayed there for 14 days. Will revisit in the near future as a normal visitor after the pandemics.

A quite modern hotel. The staffs are quite friendly. The room is large and clean and very comfortable. The view outside the windows is nice. The gym is fine with high ceiling and nice view will be enjoyed while running on treadmills. The breakfast provide a plenty of choice in buffet as well as egg dishes and noodle soup. The only disadvantage is its 10-minute walking distance from the metro station.

Very beautiful hotel. Clean and neat. However, there was some miscommunication. Asked for creamer, cofee and stirrer. Only received the coffee cos no more creamer. ???

Just finished my 14 day quarantine at the Aloft. The room was large and very light, which is so important; having a view of the plain was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the entryway is big enough to exercise in without disturbing the neighbors too much. The bathroom has a great set-up with storage space. I selected the a la carte menu option and was not disappointed in the choices, plus they make receiving packages super easy. If you’re planning on using the MRT it’s a bit of a walk.
