Kathy and Leon were phenomenal hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Alishan was comfortable.

Our room was a little old but was clean. They also provide heated blankets.

The owner of the hotel is really friendly and accommodating. He recommended us places to go visit as well as eateries in Alishan. The room itself is very big, bed was comfortable and heated. It was a really good and worthy stay. The breakfast provided was really nice and worth it a typical Taiwanese breakfast meal. Overall our stay there was excellent. Initially we were not expecting much but this was a really good choice. Customer service, rooms and food were all up to par.

Such a beautiful hotel. The views were amazing. The owner were so kind and lovely. The dog is cool, too! :)

Very nice hosts! I could communicate efficiently in English with them.. they were super helpful and welcoming! They also suggest me where to see the best sunset and, since I was on the wrong path, followed me with the motorcycle and bring me there :)

有電熱床墊，10月的阿里山偏冷

老闆娘很聊，跟她聊會有意外收穫

臨時下午16:00打電話訂房間，還好老闆有說明17:00後會封路不能上山，要更改別條路走，又讓我們升等山景房，房間乾淨舒服，待人親切

老闆人超好，入房與園區內旅遊攻略都解釋非常清除。

服務人員親切，貼心給予相關旅遊資訊，非常建議入住

原本訂了雙人房，剛好當天有空的四人房，老闆娘阿莎力直接升級，房裡有除濕機、電熱毯很溫暖，浴室有浴缸可以泡澡，也提供早餐餐券，當天並沒有覺得隔音不好的問題，反而很安靜，也許和旅客素質有關，店家態度很親切。
房間裝潢、整潔確實還可以加強，毛巾是一次性的，個人認為在阿里山上這個價格是可以接受一些瑕疵，但因人而異，要求裝潢、設備的人可以多花錢選擇其他住宿。

老闆很用心，特別留樓下房間供使用（因帶小孩），四人房空間大，房間內有除濕機及電熱毯，睡覺時並不會覺得冷。友善親切，幫忙規劃行程，整體感覺都好，CP值高

附有電毯鋪床不覺房間潮濕，尤其山莊主人熱心介紹阿里山各景點，
cp值很高，下次來阿里山會再來一住。
