Leon, the owner, is super friendly and great with customer service. Because of that, I started taking one on one personal training classes with him. There are promotional rates during Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Chinese New Year. Although small, nice facility and have most of what’s needed in this two story location. Highly recommend.

My favourite gym. 60NT per hour, plenty of new equipment, clean toilets and showers and friendly staff. They offer various classes as well, but I haven't tried those.

If you're looking for a gym with friendly, knowledgeable, supportive staff (most can speak at least some English!), quality equipment, a clean environment, and awesome classes with motivating trainers, this is it! They don't have shower facilities at the moment, so you'll definitely need to bring a towel. So happy that I found this gym when my old one shut down! Would 100% recommend to all.

Spent the last 3 months in Tamsui and really enjoyed coming to P & K Fitness. My partner and I signed up for 2-on-1 personal training sessions and had a great time learning from our coach.

The gym is extremely well maintained, has an adequate amount of equipment and everyone is very friendly.

The owner got his PhD in sports science (or something of the sort) and teaches at local universities and is a ridiculously nice guy and speaks great English.

Opened around May 2019, so still very new. Has everything you might need, dumbbells, bars, plenty of benches. It feels like a professional cross fit gym.

Most professional senior trainer in Taiwan owns this gym. He has a Ph.D. in exercise physiology. A dedicated expert supported by a great team at the gym. Highly recommended.

目前買了第二個月的月票，是自主訓練的使用者。空間大致上通透明亮，有一個木質地板的教室，前中後訓練空間及一道草皮，規模不大整體上算很乾淨舒適（包括廁所及淋浴間）。

沒有跑步機以划船機代替，因自己是男生又住離一個捷運站的距離所以有氧會另外完成。現場的器具大致上肌群都可以訓練到，壺鈴雪橇跳台沙球戰繩彈力帶等適應性的訓練只要知道都能完成，有教練指導的部分集團課學生也是很盡興的上課（內容沒有參與過但氣氛很好）。結束還可以在沒有課程使用時在教室伸展，櫃檯自然的招呼讓我離開時都能放鬆的走回家。

距離淡水捷運站需走一小段路，不是會有太多路人及遊客經過的地方，營業時間也是非常規律不會太晚，疫情期間格外讓人放心。

我只能說這是一間麻雀雖小五臟俱全的健身房，教練們也都很專業，每個人都非常細心的指導學生，這是個讓我感覺既專業又溫馨的地方。
