This building is very beautiful and stylish. It is a great example of colonial British building.

這個點在真理大學裡面喔～一開始看到沒有營業還挺失落的，但大學有開放就可以進去！很有古風，馬階故居就在旁邊（白色建築）～

只有馬階故居有解說，牧師樓和姑娘樓就是單純的建築！馬階故居裡面是有展示的，但沒有遇到開放時間，想看可以先上網查查什麼時間可以喔！

대만에 간다면 한번쯤은 가볼만한 곳! 보존이 잘 되어있는 깨끗한 내부와 포토스팟으로 좋은 예쁜 뷰까지 있어 보는 맛이 있다. 관람료도 저렴해서 소백궁과 함께 둘러보고 오면 좋을 듯! 그 앞에 항구도 있어 바다까지 볼 수 있어서 일석 3조 관광명소

雖然無法進入內部，但外部很美適合拍照，且富有歷史意義，並非受到日本官舍風格影響的百年西式建築。

吳威廉牧師設計監造的優美紅磚洋樓 建於1906年。淡水女校校長金仁理姑娘 高哈里姑娘兩位女宣教師之宿舍(台灣教會對單身女宣教師尊稱姑娘) 姑娘樓因此得名。1965年真理大學創校做為校長室 最後一位女宣教師德明利姑娘遂搬至淡江中學。校方全力維護 加上環境清幽是淡水難得的古蹟。
