The owners are cute, friendly and helpful. The entire place is well-run and although amenities are very basic (no big bath towels provided), the place is very clean and cosy. I love the super soft teddy bear comforter! There is a common kitchen and an outdoor patio with hot water where you can eat, chat or make tea. In the morning, you may stroll around and admire the veggie garden and the tea plantation. It is a stone's throw away from a nearby eatery and Cherry Blossom street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for the warm welcome and super comfortable room. Tea growing all around and the best cup of tea ever! Amazing views and the pleasure of cycling downhill in the morning. It was worth the climb!!

Very welcoming guest service and a great place to get some rest in between the tea.

部屋には温かいお湯が出るシャワーとドライヤーがあり、部屋は清潔でした。タオルと冷蔵庫が無いので注意です。
他の阿里山のホテルより安く、お得に泊まれます。
ホテルの周りの景色は素晴らしいです。夕方と朝に散歩したくなります。
従業員の皆さんはフレンドリーで、外国人相手でも翻訳アプリで丁寧に対応してくれて、心が温まりました。

第四次來住這裏，
很報歉次日早上帶兩位朋友走步道回來這裏的公共平台泡茶，沒有事先知會業主讓他們很不開心！說水會不夠用，其實沒有朋友來我們也是要泡茶的！
時間11點左右，才泡不久又來說只能讓我們再泡30分鐘，讓我們ㄧ泡茶泡得匆忙！
當天是週日，當下平台只有我們ㄧ組人！
有須要這樣趕客人嗎？
國內外旅館民宿住過無數次的經驗，沒有退房後不能在公共空間活動逗留的！
只能說他們不差我們一個客人！😆😆
