Hsing Fu Hot Spring Hotel

Very clean, modern and new rooms. I had the best sleep here after a hot spring in the room and comfortable beds.

Everything works and amenities feel very thoughtful. The lobby looks very aesthetic and feels very homey

Breakfast had to be ordered and is simple but sufficient.

Location is not city centre but is walkable distance to the bustling streets.

10/10 recommend again.

We wanted to try a hotspring hotel and this hotel got our attention due to the price and location.

We arrived early. Greeted by a friendly lady and got a quick orientation of the hotel, who gave us very detailed info on where to go while waiting for the check-in time at 3 pm. We were there on the 7/12/2023.

The room we got is a family room that sleeps 4 pax. The room is clean and comfortable. The Hotspring is a nice feature for anyone wanting to try it with privacy.

Suggestion: The hotel needs more hangers for towers and clothes

Location: It is a 10 min walk to the town area, during winter it is nice to walk, but during summer I think it won't be too pleasing. Due to the location not being too near to the town centre, I guess the price is also more reasonable. We enjoyed the walk (especially after a full meal dinner) and found the experience of seeing the town on foot quite pleasing.

The car park is just right next door so for those coming by car it is not an issue.

The breakfast is also surprisingly nice with very good coffee.

It was value for money stay. There were 4 of us in a room and we stayed comfortably. The only disadvantage is the distance away from Main Street where all the street food are. Like the breakfast served to our room. Simply sandwich and really good coffee.

Great establiahment with friendly staff and spacious rooms. We were on the 6th floor and our room was spotless, equipment was new, everything was in working condition, WiFi was decent. Guests may find the int'l AC wall sockets useful as well.

We also had simple, but delicious breakfast, which can be requested to be served in the room. Indeed an enjoyable, modern hotel. Would come again.

My mother and I stayed for two nights here; the rooms were pristine, comfortably cool, and very quiet. The hotsprings in our rooms were delightful to soak in after a day's hike, and overall, very soothing.

As for staff and breakfast, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I had a crossoint with an egg omlette, and my mother had a tofu salad. Filling, but light enough to eat before a hike.

Checkout was reasonable, 11am. Also, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel and sightsee. We picked up our luggage when we left in the afternoon.

Overall, this hotel was peaceful, away from the bustling streets and noise, but close enough to walk to the city center. When we visit in the future, we will book here again.

The breakfast and pillows are spectacular.

住宿周邊夜晚寧靜，出來後過後紅綠燈往左前方向走就會有超商，然後就會到美食街了，沿途有足浴、特產店及知名連鎖店…很方便。
1樓大廳乾淨，採光明亮。有書本可借閱至房內（借了美食導覽書、當地介紹），服務人員態度親切^^
入住房間在2樓，空間剛好不會給人狹窄的感覺，浴室是浴缸一邊與廁所分開，不用去外面在房裡就可以享受美人湯，超棒的！
而且停車場就在店家正後方，很便利。住宿費用合理，CP值高🌟

非常棒的礁溪hotel，ㄧ進門的服務人員非常親切有禮，電梯與房間空氣品質良好，沒有討厭的包廂味。
豪華家庭房的房間超寬敞，而且最喜歡冷氣口在腳邊，不是在頭上，安排的很好👍整個房間有1/3規劃給浴室，所以洗手台面很長，放女生雜七雜八的超夠用！最喜歡他們的蓮蓬頭的出水很大，但花灑很柔和，觸碰到皮膚不會痛（有些是水柱型的，出水量大反而很痛），而且超特別的是在浴室擦臉啊吹頭髮的時候可以聽音樂耶😄👍👍超棒的體驗！

價格跟房間CP值不錯，停車場位於旅館後方車格算是夠用，進入房間是給兩張感應卡不用擔心一人出去就無冷氣與電源，寢具跟浴巾都很乾淨無異味，棉被偏重，浴缸出水量很夠，放溫泉水至坐在浴缸水位及胸口大約10分鐘內即可泡湯，盥洗是不錯的橄欖組泡澡後盥洗就不會覺得乾澀可是只有一組，需要的話需跟一樓櫃檯索取，熱水壺也是乾淨無水垢，夜間使用也不會覺得有問題，附近景點（湯圍溝溫泉公園）白天若是覺得太多人不太習慣，晚上可以去（礁溪溫泉公園森林風呂）一樣是泡腳跟夜間飯後散步的不錯地方，走路大約5分鐘即可到達泡腳區〔泡腳拉麵並不推薦〕價格跟偏貴

整體來說是放假遠離塵囂車水馬龍的吵雜聲的放鬆旅館服務員也很有禮貌是值得再來住的旅館

2024年1月到礁溪玩，來這邊住。
事先在Booking上面訂好房間。
當初是找房間內有浴池可以泡溫泉的飯店，發現這邊符合我的需求。
離礁溪火車站很近，走路約10分鐘到。
住2人房，房間很乾淨、舒適。
浴池和溫泉水很讚，泡起來很舒服。
早餐不錯吃。
整體來說很滿意，下次來礁溪還會來這邊住。

這是第一次入住幸福之鄉溫泉旅館
A.豪華雙人房的房型:
房間空間相當的大，備有一張雙人床及沙發
住宿安靜且房間乾淨
浴室內採乾濕分離的設計
溫泉泡起來相當舒服，還可以欣賞戶外的風景
B.店員服務:
店員很親切且仔細解說注意事項，
check in階段會確認用餐的部份
早餐可以選擇到一樓用餐或者是可將餐點
送至客房。
C.交通方面：
停車場就在飯店的後側，距離相當的近。
飯店距離市區有一小小段路，
上街還是需要開車比較方便。
D.整體評價：
值得五星好評的飯店，有再去宜蘭
會想再次入住！

櫃檯人員也很親切
房間舒適寬敞明亮乾淨
在冷冷的寒流泡上溫泉真的讓人身心舒暢
只是飯店位置與礁溪市區有點距離

人員服務親切熱情，附贈早餐好好吃、美式咖啡也很棒。
房間內乾淨無異味，下次會想再來的那種。可惜浴廁如果有免治馬桶，就完全無可挑剔了～

整體都非常乾淨舒適不論是房間還是公共區域、服務人員也很親切🥰
非常喜歡，很值得大家選擇的住處喔！

住宿附近安靜隔音良好，除了稍微冰箱運作聲音在可接受範圍，溫泉浴池泡的很舒服，有需要會繼續光顧。

房間及浴池空間寬敞且乾淨，接待人員專業有禮貌，客房服務也超讚，附的早餐可選擇大廳用餐或送到客房，旅館有附私人停車位，住宿地點離市中心車站很近，逛街用餐搭車都很方便，很滿意此趟旅行

但是續住第二天沒有標準房型
因為不想第二天又再換房間的關係
選了兩天都住商務雙人房
本來以為商務房間會略小
但完全不會 整體看起來也是蠻寬敞的
房間跟照片完全一模一樣
寬敞 舒適 非常乾淨 採光也很棒
早上的太陽照進來非常舒服
浴室採乾濕分離
最滿意的就是泡澡的溫泉池
方型的溫泉池 容下兩個人完全沒有問題
有提供早餐
入住時會先讓你選擇時段和餐點
可以選擇大廳吃也能選擇專人送上房間
早上還有電話提醒用餐 非常貼心
餐點還有附上奶酪（或果凍）和水果
兩天可以吃不一樣的
蜂蜜紅茶很棒 熱熱喝很好喝 吐司也好吃
