National Dong Hwa University (NDHU)

The most beautiful campus around the island! Motorbikes are only allowed on the outskirts of the campus so it’s safe to stroll or cycle on the campus! The lake is beautiful for sure! Many different kinds of trees blooming at different seasons. Also some wild animals are easy to be spotted! Make sure you check out the library. No ID cards are needed. A poet study room on the first floor is very worth visiting. Grabbing a book and sitting by the window are the most relaxing things to do! Also the restaurants are open to the public even though they may not be very tasty!

This is a beautiful university campus -- I was told that it is the largest university campus in Taiwan. I am not sure whether this is true, but the grounds are indeed quite spacious and lush. The campus is very green, peaceful, and relaxed -- it is a great place to hang out. There are so many beautiful spots around it as well as a few funky cafés. If you find yourself in the vicinity, do visit the campus.

Nature's beauty really lives here. Awesome environment where anyone can find peace of mind. Everyone is helpful here. International students can study here without any worries. There is a prayer room for Muslim students.

While I was traveling in hualien, I got to know this university. "Beautiful university with big lake !" So I came to here😁but I came a little late so i had only 20 minutes, This place is open and until 6 o'clock ! If you want to come need know the time😆 its really good place ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is a large and beautiful campus.

The most beautiful campus in Taiwan, not one of, just the One. Endless lush green lawn all over the campus, thanks to the natural weather of hualien. The lake side student cafeteria also welcome the visitors. Very delicious self help dishes. Try it if you happen to be around near the lunch hour. To avoid the students crowd, dine after 1 PM is great. There are kayaks in the lake but it's for student classes only. The building fits in with the surrounding natural. The architecture style was drafted by postmodern master Charles Moore who won the competition. All new buildings follow this predefined architecture style. Beautiful campus, building and natural mother make it the most beautiful campus in Taiwan.

Most efficient University I have attended so far. Administration staff, CSIE department staff and Office of International Affairs are the best

This campus has a lot of facilities that useful in the studying process. For those who are moslems, this campus has a big prayer room (Musholla) and also an International Moslem student association. Moreover, almost each department has prayer room for moslem and other religions. The Office of International Affairs persons are really nice and very welcome.

This University is an excellent place to be it has wonderful staff including mister. Seetah and the Chinese language Department he was instrumental in keeping me in school I am very grateful to him and everything he has done for me school did a wonderful job hiring this man...!

Lovely place surrounded by high mountains, experience close to nature. Besides this it's provide you with a healthy environment to study....
