Tangweigou Hot Spring Park

Amazing hot spring park located at the centres of the city. Worth to drop by and experiencing it.

Came here just for the fishies. So damn ticklish but if you can tolerate it, they eat off the dead skin very well. My partner's foot is super rough and they turned out so smooth. It's 80$NT and they provide a throwable cloth to dry off after.

Public outdoor hotsprings!! It's quite hot actually. I don't think anyone could have dipped their bodies in. However, it is fun for visitors to sit to soak their feet in over conversations or while enjoying picnic food. Love this beautiful city and so much to see and do for visitors.

We come here every lunar new year, it is really awesome to soak your feet in the spring, especially in cold winter 🥶. The spring is clean and flowing. So you can enjoy it safely.

The road to it was so pretty, the hot spring water was good, and all the locals who came were kind.

Simple, no frills and economical prices. Worth coming.

Small local night market is worth a visit although the nearby restaurants seem to offer better food

This is the first time I found a free hot spring. Good place, at the center City,we could relax and enjoy night here.

This place is nice for foot hot spring and I bought a 柯氏蔥油餅 and shaved ice to here while having hot spring.

Very relaxing environment, where people don't have to do anything to have fun. We just sat down by the pool which was full of fish, and enjoyed as they were biting our feet and toes gently while cleaning it. The good spring area means men and women have to be naked, and it's not coeducational. In the park there are several other pools to sit down and enjoy hot water. At we relax, we may also want to enjoy massage, which is available just on the other side of the stream. The availability of food in this area is limited though, so don't have very high expectations.

If you want more than just soak your feet and legs in hot spring water just pay 80 twd and get into the real hot spring.
First undress and wash your body completely before you get into the pool. Most of the crowd coming are older Taiwanese and they don't bother a 外國人(foreigner) visiting much as long as you follow the hot spring etiquette.
There is a pool for hot and one for cold water. The water itself has a characteristic scent of sulfur but not that bad.
An English guide for the first timers is available at the counter.

So much fun! Love the fish pedicure spa, enjoy seeing little fish working hard cleaning dead skin on my feet. This park at night has some stands selling good street food, also good ball games for kids.

The place is very nice and I love the pools. Price is like below 300 for all day relaxing. Looks a bit dated but is very clean. If its raining its quite nice to sit in the 38° pool while the cold rain drops on you. Been coming here for more than 10 years

Simple but great nude hot spring, only NTD$80. They break to clean the place at 12:20 so be sure to avoid that time. I would recommend bringing your own towel.

The fish were a weird but fun experience, and were an extra NTD$80.

If you don't speak Chinese you won't understand a lot of the signs, but as long as you are respectful and stick to common sense you'll be fine. Really liked it, I will be back.
