Radium Kagaya Taipei

The services were remarkable.. cheers to all the staffs. The room’s air condition took way too long of a time to cool a single room, there literally a need to turn on both air conditioner and leave each of the sliding door open for cooling ventilation. Other than that, I’ll recommend 300% to everyone who wanted to get the most out of their pay worth for the trip.

Haven't stayed overnight here yet, but I've used the 90 min hot spring room and eaten the Kaiseki lunch before.
Highly recommend.

I saw they do massages here as well, and decided to get one. The massage is literally the best I've ever received in Taiwan. Thank you🥹.

Got a day use onsen and lunch package.
Everything was excellent, staff were super friendly. Lunch was memorable.
Note: I was travelling alone and from all the notes online for the various onsen hotels in the area, it seems that a day use private onsen is only for a minimum of 2 people due to safety concerns. However a quick email to Radium Kagaya and they helped organise this for my solo visit. Thanks!

We've booked a private hotspring room to relax a little on a rainy day. The online booking worked really well and the room was clean and comfortable. After our 90 min stay in the room we could relax a little in a common area before leaving.

It was a very nice experience even tough it is not cheap.

Very near MRT and museum, my friend suggest me and really great and relax experience, have very great sunna room and Jacuzzi, 1300 NT per px for public hot spring.
It totally worth and one of best memories you would have when you leave Taiwan.

Was her for 90mins private room hot spring, my local friend booked 2 rooms for 3 of us. The room comes with almost everything, towel, shower cap, facial pads, cotton buds, comb, hair dryer, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and 2 bottles of water.

This is a 5-star hotel that deserves a 5 star rating, and the prices reflect that. We went to Xinbeitou because my wife wanted to spend some time in a hotspring. She was shying away from this hotel because of the price, NT$12,000.00, but I told her to just go with it and get the best. She was not disapponted.
It is situated on a historical site with a Japanese theme. We stayed for one night with a private hotspring bath in the room. Our booking included breakfast. Our room was in a non-typical shape but had a large living room. Everything in the mini-fridge was included, not a lot of items but good enough. The only drawback for us were the pillows; of the four pillows, two were like not having a pillow at all, and the other two hardly provide any support. Of course, this is no different than most hotels; why do hotels have such crummy pillows, 🤔.
Would we stay here again if we revisit Xinbeitou? Yes.

Great hot spring resort! Kaiseki meal was delicious and incorporated Taiwanese flavors. Hot spring temperature was just right with thoughtful amenities.

Great location and nice atmosphere. I was here for hot spring room. It’s quite clean but we couldn’t have the view even though there’s a window

Came here on a whim with my wife and 2 kids (aged 2 and 4) and walked in for 1.5 hr in a private onsen room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were escorted to the room and were very surprised how big it was. There was an outdoor section to the bath and inside had a bed with a TV for the kids. Can't say how amazing our experience was, just what we needed! Afterwards we stopped in the cafe for a coffee and desert, both were excellent! Can't wait to come back someday.

This was truly one of the most amazing hotel stays I have ever experienced. Everything from the service to the food was simply wonderful. We had a chance to meet Joanne Lin who was an incredible guide, incredibly attentive and accessible. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. A truly exceptional stay, would highly recommend the Radium Kagaya if you are visiting Beitou!

I couldn't book the hot spring on Klook so I went straight there. It was Thursday so very relaxing and not many people, at some point there was only me. Everything is clean and has a Japanese spa vibe. There are separate lockers for shoes and phone, then inside is locker for clothing. Bath room and dressing desks are equipped with great toiletries.

Even thought the lounge has very limited seats but very relaxing.

Generally good experience, came for hot spring spa in private room. Wifi connection is poor in room, that’s the most important thing for tourist

Service is absolutely amazing, they even remembered my payment issue after calling in a month.

The Japanese vibe feels really relaxing and at peace. Rooms are spacious yet doest feel empty and cold. Bathrooms are very clean and the private bath is spacious.

The public baths are very clean.
Breakfast buffet provides many fresh options.

This place transports you into a different world. If you ever wanted to escape the busy city center and relax in a Japanese style spa this is definitely worth a visit.

You can stay here in the guest rooms, get lunch or dinner, get a massage treatment or go to the public or private hot springs.

The staff is super friendly and greets you at the entrance. The interior is beautiful and the layout of the building internally looks like a Ghibli movie. We did get a private hot spring forest room for 90min which was around 2500NTD with service fees. It has a big bathtub but no view outside because it faces another building. Nevertheless, we totally forgot the time but the staff called us nicely and it was no problem.

We will for sure come back and try to reserve a cloud room width hopefully better view next time.

THE highlight of my trip to Taiwan! Felt like I was in Japan again. These are must tries: the afternoon tea ceremony, the fancy cocktail lounge, the Japanese breakfast buffet (high quality sashimi!!!), and of course their public and private onsens. Finally thank you to Joanne Lin and all the staff for such excellent service.

Fantastic place, highly recommend for anyone who just too want relax somewhere to settle yourselves for a few days.

Reserved a Hot Spring private room for 2 (for 90 min) with Radium Kagaya Taipei online. Easy to book online and reliable. The private rooms are on Level 5 and only accessible with staff’s key card. The courier will give a 10-min call before the 90-min is up. At the end of the session, we are able to redeem a fruit popsicle at Level 4. Keep up the good service. Will return again when there’s chance.

Reserved private hot spring room for 2! Good service and amenities with towels, water, soap/shampoo/lotion. The hotel is middle of the hike up. Complimentary fruit popsicle after hot spring soak :) nice!
