Four Points by Sheraton Taipei Bali

I stayed here twice, once for a day and then for a week. It's a good place to relax and work if you need a change of scenery from the busy downtown areas of Tamsui/Taipei. The facilities are new since the hotel is only a year old. Weekdays are not crowded in the Bali area and it's nice to take a walk or bike, and the popular restaurants are not packed. Weekends can get crowded.

We stayed from 6/25 to 6/27. The window of the room faces the estuary of the Tamsui River, and you can see the sunset view. The overall feeling is that this hotel is newly opened, so all the atmosphere is very new. The overall quality and texture are very rich. The hardware The facilities are also suitable for adults and children. We had a wonderful holiday. Special thanks to Mr. Claude at the counter for his tireless assistance in explaining and helping us with the room, and the service staff and hotel quality that are worth recommending.

Returning to the Four Points By Sheraton hotel in the Taipei area was a pleasure, and I'm pleased to say that my return stay exceeded expectations. Firstly, a heartfelt shout-out to Henry, the Front Desk Manager on duty during our check-in. His professionalism and warmth set the tone for our entire stay, ensuring my mother felt truly welcomed even before stepping into her room, 1717, which has a great view of the River.

The hotel's hot spring experience remains a highlight, with two generously-sized pools offering a rejuvenating escape. Not to mention hot spring experience in the comfort of your own guest room.

Additionally, I discovered a convenient ferry service nearby, offering passage across the Tansui River for exploration of Tansui Old Town and Tansui MRT station. ($40 NT)

Furthermore, the hotel provides scheduled shuttle service to the nearest MRT station, which requires advance reservation the day before and has limited space. This service, although limited, is a valuable addition for guests needing transportation to explore the city.

In summary, my return to Four Points By Sheraton reaffirmed its status as a haven of hospitality. From the luxurious hot springs to convenient amenities, every aspect of my stay was a delight. Henry's exceptional service epitomizes the hotel's commitment to excellence. For a rejuvenating retreat in Taipei, this hotel remains the perfect choice.

We stayed here for a total of 9 nights thru out my 17 days in Taiwan. I was impressed with the hotel room which was able to fit all 4 of us (3 adults and 1 kid).
The room is modern and there is a hot spring right in your room bath tub if you want some privacy. But I highly recommend the hot spring on level 5 which is huge and so relaxing and beautiful. The same location also features kids pool, warm and cold pool. Outdoor swimming pool faces the sea with absolutely stunning views both day and night. The outdoor pool is slightly heated and my son enjoyed it so so much. The kids room is definitely my son favourite place to be. There are blocks, nice cozy sitting areas for some games and reading.
Breakfast can be improved if some of the food items can change on a daily basis and rotate after a week. It can get bored after a few days dining there.
All the staff working there are very very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely come back again when I'm back in Taiwan with my family. Location might not be the best but if you are looking to relax and be away from the city, this is definitely the place for you.

Rooms are clean, great scenery, most importantly the hair dryer is stronger than the hair dryers' in most hotels

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphereI for my long weekend vaca. Room itself is well equipped and cosy and the best part is the ocean view. On top of that, it was the live music performances they host made this experience absolutely relaxing and unforgettable.
I was very pleased with my stay and hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
