Muen Hot Spring Hotel

We loved this hotel. Service is good. Room is very spacious. Behind the hotel with a 10 mins walk has some really good food. Room is a bit worn off but still had a good staying experience. It is a very kid friendly hotel. Even their locals stayed here.

I specifically picked room with in-room hot springs. The suite is at 10th floor with a big stoned wall bath tub and shower, and a living room with a couple sofas, and a queen sized bed room. It's very spacious. The room was equipped with a dehumidifier, which helped a lot, as it was raining during our visit. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I visit again. Love the experience.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the kids enjoyed the in-room hot tub very much. The breakfast is good too. Only issue is there is only a lift n it can take a while to wait for available lift at peak hour, example breakfast and check out time

The hotel room is spacious and nicely decorated with an en suite bathtub suitable for hot spring bath (or Onsen). The staff are extremely helpful (although most of them can only speak Mandarin and not too much English) and are the greatest asset of this hotel. The breakfast is inclusive and has a large range of different Chinese / Taiwanese food which are all delicious. The location is also not bad, quiet but not too far by walking to the local train station. Will recommend staying in this hotel for people who plan to visit this area or want onsen in a private setting.

Location is great, which is near eateries and 24hr convenience stores like 7-11 and familymart. The hot spring bath in our bathroom is definitely a luxury, and the body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner are all well provided for. Staff is friendly, with the expected hotel service.

Probably the best value you'll get in Jiaoxi, very affordable, rooms are spacious, bath tub is probably the largest I've seen in all the hotels in Jiaoxi. Breakfast is also delicious. You really can't find this quality at this price range in Jiaoxi

Great location with food easily available in the area. Nice clean spacious rooms. Tub big enough for 2 to 3 persons. Good breakfast spread. Friendly hotel staff. Hope to come again.

We had very good experience at the hotel. Very kid friendly and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!

Spacious room with big comfortable beds and hot spring bathtub. Hair conditioner provided. Buffet breakfast. The staff are very friendly and even gave us extra drinking water when check out from the hotel.

The lobbies were small, but the rooms were large compared to other hotels with extremely comfortable beds.

Room is damn big. The private onsen is also very big. Can easily fit 4- 5 pax in the private onsen.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating. Very helpful in finding things for my husband and I to do for our first time in the city.

The room is big and spacious, there's a nice hot spring in the hotel room's toilet. It's near some shops also.
