Relaxing, laid back atmosphere; covered dining patio (which would come in very handy in the summer!) and nice proprietors. Thank you for the yummy pizzas! They hit the spot after 12 days of traveling around Taiwan!

Superb camping ground, excellent facilities and experienced staff. The site has numerous canvas tents and bungalows under a canopy of trees. They also offer kayak, surf board and bike rentals for exploring Jialeshui and Kenting National Park. Half a kilometer away from a pristine black sand beach and about 4 kilometers away from the park entrance. Venue hosts various concerts, festivals and live music performances throughout the year. Guided night hiking tours are also available for wild life enthusiasts. We had a great stay at Rock Garden. Highly recommend this place

I suggest that you spend some time stay here.A place that many foreigners love to visit.You can't miss it's pizza and ice cream with chocolate brownie.

I've been to Rock Garden a few times and it has always been great and some of the best pizza I have had. The other reviews of them not being friendly, or too expensive, is not true. They are busy since it is a 2 man crew to hand make these pizzas and desserts. When Jonathan has time, he will talk to his customers, but usually the man is busy making your order, or preparing for the next. He has even let me travel to his beach, and marked out a path I could take to get there. He tries to make his customers feel at home and accommodate them. Yes the pizzas may be more expensive than other pizzas, but they are also more delicious and I recommend the Mexican pizza, has to be my favorite. The only negative thing I could say about this place, is for first time guests, it may be hard to find, it is around a bend and a little far from the main parts of kennting. But totally worth it, or I wouldn't have gone back a few times already. The drinks are a little pricey, but let's be honest, we are going there for the pizza, if you are going there for drinks , stay at a 7 11.

The most delicious food I've ever eaten, no joke, Everyone should try it before they die, especially the Mexican Pork flavor. Manchuria Pizza is the best !

I love this campground so much! What a beautiful location! Lots of activities around: kayaking in the river, hiking, nearby beaches for swimming & surfing. Wonderful people. Good pizza, too, but order a few days in advance as they're quite popular! Definitely stay at Rock Garden!

Decent size, well-maintained, facilities are basic but adequate and there's a good amount of tree cover for campers. Functionally adequate bar with a decent variety of drinks--not awesome but better than I've seen at literally every other campground I've been to in this area, so that's pretty awesome--and prices are better than fair. Friendly management.

Here in salt lick in Hualien are the two best pizza places in Taiwan.
