Chateau Beach Resort

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the night market. Private beach of you walk out the back door (for some of the rooms). Staff are nice but could be friendlier and maybe also learn "market" English to communicate with guests. Breakfast was not bad.

amazing location with amazing services. too bad our vacation was met with the tail of a typhoon, but the staffs here tried their best to make us feel comfortable by offering loads of activities that we can enjoy. highly recommend this hotel. only down side is that it's isolated from other nearby locations so you'll need to walk a bit if you plan to go to the night market.

We visited this place in late November with the expectation of encountering few guests, but we were surprised to find many local guests. It appeared to be a great destination for a family holiday among Taiwanese. The resort itself looks a bit old and might need renovation in a few years but the staff were friendly, and we had access to a beautiful beach. Additionally, it's conveniently located near the night market where you can enjoy a variety of Taiwanese foods. If I have the opportunity to visit Kenting again, I would definitely choose this resort once more.

Best ever experienced here, the hotel was big, and you can afford,room was clean and nice..your needs also are available inside your rooms, the view was in front of the sea omg! 💕 it much. stressed reliever. You can eat all you can in breakfast time...and there are some activities also so you can enjoy also the views outside.

Beautiful location at the beach. The facilities are really good with different types of pools and a fitness center just next to the main pool. Possible to play volleyball both in the water in one of the pools and on the beach. Also possible to play “water-basketball” in one of the pools. Many activities every day such as bodyboarding (100 TWD) SUP (free) and Archery (free). Location is awesome with a huge private beach. Big playrooms for kids. Breakfast buffet was also really good. If you book the family room we would suggest 1102. Corner room next to the pool with big porch. If you book the double room, the one with porch is a good option for afternoon hang outs. Only negative I can say about the hotel is that they didn’t have WiFi in the fitness center. (But in almost all other places)

One of the best hotels to stay in Kenting! It's close to the Kenting Night Market (about 10 mins walk) and has its own beach. Amenities for kids and adults are also covered so you pretty much don't need to leave the hotel. Definitely my go to hotel in Kenting.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY hotel with plenty of fun options for a family. A few features that stand out are the child-friendly swimming pools, private beach facilities, wide range of options at the breakfast buffet, and excellent views of the sunset. During our stay, the staff was friendly and we checked in without delay. Be sure to check your reservation for which building you are in so you don't park your car too far away. (Speaking of parking, there is free on-site parking for guests.) Be aware that we didn't notice any elevators, so you may need to request 1st floor rooms if necessary. Along with our room keys and buffet breakfast vouchers, we were given a Buy 1, Get 1 Free drink coupon for the on-site bar, a $500 spa voucher, and several other local promotions. Our room was clean and relaxing. Overall, an excellent stay.

We had four kids with us and it was such a wonderful experience. The beach was nice since it's not open to the public and the kids could just play without us being in a crowded beach. It also seems a lot cleaner that way. There are also many pools available in the resort. All the buffet meals were nice, we had dinner and breakfast. Just being in the resort gave us enough entertainment and wore the kids out pretty hard. We all slept like pigs in the night time. I really enjoyed being able to hear the waves at night and in the morning. Will definitely come back!

Gorgeous resort with prime beachfront accomodations. Rooms could be bigger compared with other resorts in Taiwan , but then again, few people will want to spend their day inside a hotel room when you have such a dreamy beach literally outside your room. The hotel is divided in three buildings, two of them are 2 floors and a third is 3 floors.

The hotel has a two floor all- you-can-eat buffet restaurant with an interesting selection of foods: Dinner includes Taiwanese food, some sushi roll options and shrimp Nigiri, smoked salmon, satay chicken, kimchi, sliced roasted beef, and even two types of pizza. Dessert bar included several types of cakes, biscuits, and ice cream selection with my favorite Lichi fruit ice cream. Drinks include all you can drink draft beer (Taiwan beer), coffee and several juices and iced teas. Do keep in mind the food selection probably changes throughout the year. Breakfast options included Taiwanese breakfast, which is rich in noodles and pork, sweet potatoes and dumplings. As for Western options you can order cheese omelette which was surprisingly tasty, bacon, sausages, various European style cheese selections and baguette bread to go with it. There's a small selection of fresh fruit: dragon fruit, pineapple, banana and grapefruit (should change depending on the season). Drinks include orange juice, dragon fruit juice, liquid probiotic yogurt, iced teas and several types of coffee from automatic Swiss made coffee machines (very popular).

There are 3 pools areas with some pools including activities for kids, and others have water jet massage features and bubbles operated with a button. There's a bar next to the pools and towel service.

The beach is gorgeous with almost white coloured sand. As with most white sand beaches, the feel of the sand on your feet may be a bit rough, so it can get hard to walk inside the water and stay standing up if the tide is harsh. Be advised that as with most beaches in Taiwan, the sand surface is quite small when walking into the beach with the underwater fall relatively close to the sand (3 to 5 meters). Swim at your own risk, preferably with a floating device, and keep in mind that jelly fish are abundant throughout all Taiwan, so I personally recommend a wet suit if you're planning to do some swimming in the beach.

Big place with seashore on the other side. Swimming on the center with hot pool and not hot one. Captivating views in front when swimming. Hotel and food wise was awesome and worth the stay. Summer is really great to be there again.

I have visited this place for the second time already and I don't regret my choice at all. Rooms are comfy and if you get a unit on the beach side...the ocean is than just outside your door. Take a swim in the morning in their swimming pool, get a nice beer and feel the breeze at night from your balcony. And just enjoy! An amazing resort with great facilities!

Beautiful resort right on the beach. After staying there I would choose a 1st floor room to be able to sit and enjoy the ocean just outside the room. The rooms were nice and there are several pools available. It was a little cool when I went but it was also nice that there was a heated pool. The buffet was also good with a lot of variety.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was well worth it! The room is on the 5th floor and faces the ocean. Was so nice to hear the sound of the waves each day.

The hot tub in the bathroom also had a direct ocean view! Perfect way to spend a romantic time with your partner.

Their service was very good. Anytime you called housekeeping they were usually to the room with the requested item in just a couple minutes.

Very large resort, the room quality in different buildings makes a huge difference in size and view. Many places to eat, the beach is long and nice to explore. Pools have interesting rules so I didn’t attend them much, nice bars on the beach, the work out area needs weights to use not just all cardio equipment.

It's a beautiful resort up against a private beach. Excellent services, SUP, mini golf, and varied pools. The staff is friendly and breakfast is fantastic.

We stayed here for our 1 yr anniversary. What a beautiful place! I'd highly recommend the honeymoon suite as the room is gigantic and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort is expansive, so pay attention to where you book a room. The hotel is in walking distance of food, shops and sightseeing. Be prepared as this place does have a lot of families - so there will be a bunch of kids running around.

We spend two days there. Rooms are great and the spot is awesome in Kenting. A bit of wind by the time we were here but the staff is cool and breakfast offers a large choice of dishes.

What to say about a place like this, far south of taiwan, a hotel with everything.
Suitable for everyone, from groups to families to anise and lovers. Here you will find everything, fantastic and super-equipped swimming pools, endless green corners, an amazing sea, refreshing wind, activities for young and old, archery, minigolf, gym, entertainment for children from 0 to 12 years. Parking inside a guarded area.
Restaurants, bars and kiosks accessible to all. Me, my wife, my 2 year old daughter and my 3 month old son spent three unforgettable days. Top room on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. Super friendly and extremely helpful staff. The girl's first swim in the pool. Super breakfasts, suitable for every palate. Free shuttle service to quickly dislodge from one end of the complex to the other. Very close to the town center where every night we found the market, with various stands, food and alcohol are a must. Shops open despite the low season, all tailored to the tourist who feels spoiled and super pampered.
The location is strategically convenient for visiting the most touristic places in the area, the ocean museum is only 20 minutes away by car.
Definitely place to return soon.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, fully equipped and very proper. The breakfast is outstanding and above usual level. English is correct at the reception but less common in the other areas. But this is not aproblem because of the outstanding kindness in Taiwan and personal always tries to help you. This is a high class hotel.
