Sheding Natural Park

This national park is our first time visiting there. We were so enjoying ourselves back then. Also, this place is pretty good for either do picnic or hike. If you have kids, I think it is a nice place to have fun with them here.

Very nice and easy trail. Full circuit ca. 1.5 hours. Mostly shady. Restroom around mid-section.

Went an hour before closing around 1630 and had the park to ourselves. There were tour busses of people leaving as we arrived, so I highly recommend going late in the day. It was beautiful and had nice lookout spots overlooking the ocean. Would not have enjoyed it nearly as much with crowds.

Fantastic free park! We went at the end of the day so there were very few people. There are nice little drink and snack shops at the entrance. There are just a few trails but they can be strung together for a nice hike. Very well maintained! Make the climb to the middle lookout spot it’s absolutely worth it.

There are 3 trails in total. All Free including motorcycle parking. Awesome way to get away from the Kenting crowds and reset.

I loved my good, brisk walk today surrounded by lush nature and clean air :) I recommend trail number 1 for a quicker easier walk (about 15 mins total) with a fun cave and lots of green / forest environment plus a raised platform with ocean views at the end of the walk.

I will try out trail 2 (middle entrance) tomorrow, heard it's the best but is mostly uphill and will require closed shoes not slippers. Supposed to have the best ocean view from this trail, its 3 miles so 1.5km or so and should only take 25 mins on a faster / brisk pace

We stumbled onto a trail that was supposedly closed off as there were constructions going-on and got to enjoy a very peaceful and quiet walk amongst nature. Just a walk so not for anyone looking for a serious hike!

Light and easy walk through nature with prepared pathways. Perfect for the couch potato who needs a boost of nature and fresh air!

The best experience in Kenting, interesting walk. My kids love this walk, especially the both gorges. They said “we are going for a bear hunt” !

Many types of butterflies. And a small group of well taken care deers. No wow but respect the local and conservation work together. We engaged a local paid guide from the tourist center.

Lovely trails with great views and varied flora and interesting land formations. Many, many butterflies. I even saw a Formosan deer.

Beautiful park! Wonderful walk in the nature. Very easy to access. Amazing gorge. Breathtaking scinery. Definitely a place to visit if you are in the area.

Great place for a good walk or hike, to enjoy nice air and nature.
The pathways are clear and easy to walk on.
There are viewing platforms where you can see the ocean and enjoy some nice views. The wind can be quite strong on these platforms so belongings need to be kept close and held on tightly.

If you need to take a walk and spend half day for fresh air. This is a place worth visit.

Some nice, not too demanding hikes with spectacular views, going through the coastal forest and along large blocks of coral lime stone. Somewhere are deer, but we only saw their droppings...

This is a nature reserve, canyons, grasslands, forests, this is a great attractions.

Good national park. You can see monkeys. The view from the three platforms are very good. Also good with kids. I went there with 1 year and 4year old kids. Took a taxi there and went back with the bus which leaves at 17:00. Stroller is not recommended.

Definitely a place to see, perfect to enjoy beautiful landscape and relax!
