Eluanbi Lighthouse

Although you need to buy tickets to enter the place, it's worthy. There are many parking places nearby. It's convenient to park. I recommend to visit the place after 4:30 PM because the weather will not be too hot. Taking a stroll here is enjoyable and relaxing. You could enjoy the beauty of the sea view and also the sunset at a time.

Very cute spot, very relaxing to sit in the cat bench enjoy the view and breeze, it's not very big park but it's free and beautiful ❤ there's a bus that takes you right into the park

The southernmost point of Taiwan offers breathtaking views with blue skies and white clouds, perfect for taking beautiful photos. However, there is almost no shade, so be sure to wear sunscreen and stay hydrated. It's recommended to visit in the morning, as the lighthouse area has no shade. Prepare tissues, insect repellent, and a flashlight as the roads can be rocky and dimly lit. The park features coastal forests and raised coral reefs, but it can be challenging to navigate. With proper preparation, this trip can be a fantastic journey.

Great place to visit for super cool pics. Do go down the path in front of the lighthouse to reach the rocky shore and be rewarded with a fantastic view of the ocean.

When we were there, there was also sculptures by some local artist reminding us about life and birth.

And just past the gates is a very large grass plain, great for picnics and pets!

Better than go to the southern point!! Because in here at the sea pavilion, you are actually in the most southern one ! You got a very cool view and very close to the sea! Can see pp fishing🥰🥰

This place is really breathtaking,the beautiful scenery,its good place to enjoy walking around,and don't forget to put some sun skin protection its really hot haha..

Best place to see the tip of taiwan! I wish we could go up to the light house. There is an entrance fee that costs 50nt you will able to see the entire light house and alot of trail.

Great spot for pictures and nice breeze at top of hill. Very hot and walk uphill but worth visiting

If you are first time to visit Kenting, it is worth to visit this light house and the national park. The view was amazing during the good weather, great place to go with your family especially with kids, unforgettable view, no doubt why this place is so famous. Hope to visit one more time at night.

There are new monument sculptures of a baby fetus by a certain local artist and its pretty.. they are very big..

Its always a good place to bond with family and friends..

Just sad because of the sudden heavy down pour.. so probably you need to do some weather check prior going there..

Nice scenic spot with a lighthouse and various other sights in a little park with many different small paths. You will have to pay for the parking and for the entrance, but it's just a small fee.

Must stop park in the southermost tip of Taiwan. Beautiful grounds, breathtaking ocean views, information in Chinese and English. Lighthouse under renovation but still nice.

The southern-most lighthouse in the island, eluanbi is pribablh the number one tourist landmark in kending. If you want to go and see the lighthouse, you will have to pay an entrance fee of 60 NTD per person. If you plan to drive, there is also a flat-rate parking fee of 40 NTD. Google map will probably lead you to an automated parking lot. If it does, turn your car around and go down the hill and you will see a wide open parking lot on your left. That is the entrance. The automated parking leads you to the southern-most edge of the eluanbi penninsula, but you cannot enter the lighthouse from there. Unfortunately, there are no English signs guiding you to the right place. If you have a dog, you can bring your dog to the national park as long as your dog has the proof of mad-dog disease immunization and is leashed at all times. However, there is a sign behind the eluanbi monument warning people of snakes on the ground, so make sure your dog does not go near any snakes. Eluanbi is worth a visit if you have never been to it before, but this place isn't somewhere you would visit repeatedly unless you're a tour guide leading a group of foreign tourists.

Great recreational place to stop by. I spend about 2 hours there. There are lookouts and some trails to visit. Such a nice area!
