Spacious café with great view on the Queen's Head Rock. The (western) food has room for improvement, the coffee is good 👍

Super aesthetic cafe - little succulent pots, gundam figures, piping music beside the Taiwanese north coast. Had Tiramisu and vanila latte - a bit more expensive than normal Taiwanese prices but IMO the aesthrtic is worh it.

Nice view, cozy atmosphere! I would go back again when I want to watch the raining coastal village in Taiwan.

Loved it! Came here on a weekday, and it wasn't very busy. The tea is great and pizza is filling. A little slow but a vibe for sure.

Elisa cafe has been my favorite place in Yehliu. My friends and I went to eat dinner there every night we have been in the town. The atmosphere is so relaxing on the second floor and has a stunning view of the ocean. The food does take awhile for them to prepare but it's entirely worth it! The pizza comes with A LOT of onions on it but you can order it without. I had the apple cake with their ice cream for dessert. It was phenomenal!!! All of my friends and I had different dishes for our entree and desserts. Everyone loved their food. The service was amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Elisa cafe is an all around outstanding experience. They do have indoor outdoor cats that they take care of. They are very friendly. Usually only one of the cats is inside at a time. One of the cats sat in my friends lap while we were eating and took a nap. But to those who are afraid of cats or are allergic, just be aware. This place was a 20 out of 10 for me! I hope you enjoy it as well :)
