風大的時候，上課可以聽到風在唧唧叫，這裡是商學院，想當然跟商有關的幾乎在此上課，十樓為教務處，如果要辦理就學相關事項可以去那裡，如蓋註冊章、繳費、申請畢業證書等等，2樓為學生事務處和文大軍人儲備中心還有衛保組，2樓門口旁的小廣場偶爾有社團或是曉峯學院的活動，可以去那邊拿點數跟拿獎品，很不錯哦。
大部分的通識課也在這邊上課，基本是在3樓到5樓的位置上課，教室算是相對文大其他樓館比較新了，但是教室空間小，所以坐起來感覺就十分窄小(除非上課的人比較小就比較寬敞了)。

地下室沒有廁所 走到一樓的廁所好遠
而且這棟的長相跟文化其他棟也太不搭
