We visited the spa only (not hotel) and had a wonderful time. beautiful place, multiple hot and cold water spring water pools with different types and concentrations of sulphur. Service was exquisite and not crowded on a Wednesday afternoon when we visited. This is a traditional spa, male and female separate and naked with a time limit of 4h and drinks and small snacks available.

Came to spend the day in the thermal spa only but it was the perfect way to spend my first day in Taipei and cure that annoying jet lag. Beautiful, serene, stylish, relaxing, I can’t wait to return one day again.

I am impressed. This is a hot spring hotel, restaurant, and spa, three in one. Very conveniently located near central district in Beitou. Food is good, service is good, and hot spring and spa are super!!! The facility is a little dated and will meets facelift though.

An excellent mostly outdoor separated onsen in Beitou! I've never stayed or eaten but loved it so much I brought 5 tickets 8 years ago..

This was a beautiful resort and a great place for my wife and myself to spend our 15 year anniversary. We stayed in the largest room (I think it was called Azure). It's a well designed room and extremely comfortable. When I went there with my wife, I had a stomach flu and wasn't feeling great so I took a nap on the rooms extremely comfortable bed while she went to the Spa.

Service was spectacular from the moment we walked in the door. When we went to the Spa, someone would escort us to the Spa. Ask for Emma (she was a fantastic Masseuse). She started with washing your feet, then the full body massage (I got the 90 minute massage...next time, I'm going for 2 hours)

We had dinner at "The Restaurant" which was just downstairs. We went during a time when it was not truffle season (we will have to return for Truffle season :) but the food was still very good. I liked the risotto the best (well...again I wasn't feeling 100% so the risotto just hit the spot :)

After our stay there, my wife and I thought that this would be a great place to go every year for our anniversary (we liked it that much)

I reserved the hot springs for my layover in Taipei. The staff communicated well via email and I had no problems making a reservation. I had no expectations and was completely blown away by the hotel's hot springs facilities and set lunch. I highly recommend spending some time to explore the hot springs within the maximum amount of time (4hrs) as you cannot re-enter once you leave. I wish I had spent more time in the lounge if only i knew this :(

The lunch set starts at NTD 1980 and was worth every dollar! Very generous serving portions and delicious food. They even served their own focaccia bread which was fresh out of the oven. Delicious. The staff and all the amenities were top notch and great value for money and time if you want to explore other parts of Taipei during your extended layover (mine was 10 hours). I can't vouch for this place enough and I wish I could return.

A nice setting in Beitou, a private villa (5-6 rooms only) for hot spring and relaxation. Well designed, using lots of wood and natural themed elements. “The Restaurant” offers a set lunch menu and limited a la carte option for those with a tighter lunch time. With a wine cellar, even wine by the glass has great selection. Professional and friendly service. Pricing is on premium++ end. There is an age requirement, an adult only sanctuary.

Finally we got the room through Trip.com at the end of long weekend. The hospitality of the hotel is excellent. We really enjoyed the stay from the time of check-in till check-out. All the employees are well trained and considerate. The foods are really good for both dinner & breakfast. Breakfast was served in room, that was really amazing. I would recommend my friends and family members to go.

As the hotel has only 5 rooms available, it’s very difficult to book the room. Instead of staying in the hotel, we chose to have hot spring bath before the dinner to enjoy the hot spring. The atmosphere and service for the hot spring are very good. The dinner is also enjoyable. You may feel the hard working of the Chef from designing the Menu by visualizing the dishes and painting in the menu cover, that is like a postcard look. Each menu is different. The Chef uses local ingredients to present in western ways without losing the taste. I was surprised that local steak tastes so tender and delicious. The service is very good as the manager and the servers know what they are doing. The only lacking piece is that we have no chance to stay one night after having the dinner.

Had a great experience here celebrating my 6 year anniversary! The staff here were very attentive and friendly. Moony did a great job checking us in and was super helpful during our one night stay in the Matsu Room. Overall it was an awesome experience!

Well known for its low key luxury hot spring hotel (5 large suites only)and dining. Lunch here was very enjoyable, quiet (guests older than 16 yrs only), relaxing, comfortable, with excellent services. The set dining starting at $1,380, was flavorful, fresh tasting and visually pleasant. Steak and scallops were both excellent, cooked perfectly to allow the flavors thru. The crab, though fresh, was grilled on charcoal which unfortunately had too much bitter taste. The pork was just okay. Surprisingly, my favorite was actually the small salad that had a fantastically refreshing dressing.

If I can give 6 stars I would.
Great professional services every step of the way. Even though not all staff are fully proficient in English but they made it up by ultra courteous and helpful.
Hot Springs themselves were fantastic. Nicely decorated, all amenities in great shape, clean environment, definitely on higher end of scale.

On site restaurant follows same philosophy. Attention to details, relaxed environment, great food presentations, tasty, great service.
Prices maybe on the higher end (compared to other local competitions) but compared to what they offered and converted to US Dollars, great value!

Villa 32 is truly a wonderful experience. From the moment they greet you, you will be pampered and well cared for. The common facilities are beautiful. The guest rooms are spacious, inviting, and relaxing. The food is delicious. The public hot springs are clean and invigorating. The spa services are excellent. Highly recommended!

We went in off-peak season to the hot springs (not the hotel) and the place was comfortably empty, impeccable, excellent service, all amenities included, different pools at different temperatures, sauna and steam room, a wonderful relaxing area. After reading reviews of other hot springs in the same area, I feel we were extremely lucky to find this one. I'd definitely go back.

Did a visit to the public hot springs on a Sunday afternoon. Service was utter top notch at every step. Springs are gorgeous, there were very few other people there, so it felt almost private. Some lounge areas had views of the Thermal Valley. It is pricier than others, but very classy and worth paying if this may be the only time that you visit.

Stayed here at a private room for 90 minutes of hot spring time. The place is very nice and clean, staff if very friendly and speaks enough English to get by. In the he private room. You get fruits, snacks and waters. They have a hair dryer and a bathroom is inside. Would definitely recommend it. Super relaxing.

Went to the public soaking area with my mom and two friends. We had most of the place to ourselves in late April, and the facilities are beautiful, the staff incredibly helpful.

This is class. Discreet environment, perfect facilities, perfect organization. Those are the secrets of this place. Secret like the entrance, in a small corner just uphill. But once you enter, a world of relaxation is in front of you. The place is a real villa, the feeling is like to stay at home. Need to book in advance. I'm very pleased.

Booked a private hot spring room (5 available) by emailing the night before. They replied promptly in the morning. Lovely grounds, great service. Would definitely recommend coming here for the hot spring. There are some free snacks and toiletries available in the room.

This was absolutely amazing. The hot springs were unreal! They separated men and women. There were 8 hot & cold springs to enjoy plus a fantastic personal hot spring in your room. The service was next to none - everywhere we went they were waiting for us to guide us where we wanted to go. Absolutely amazing!!

Did not stay overnight but booked a 90 mins spa with fine dining lunch. Price is relatively reasonable for a 5 star hotel. Private spa room amenities were excellent, towel, snacks and water all provided. Fine dining me was awesome, food taste extremely good. Service throughout the hotel was top tier. Recommend this place very much!!
