A wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset. There are many shops and food stalls along the way too.
Evening u can enjoy the breeze and also the relax atmosphere. A chill place for a nice date.

This is a small park on the water in the Tamsui district of New Taipei City featuring a western style building that was built in the late 1800s. There is parking right across the street and the first hour is free. This is a good place to see the new bridge under construction.

About 3O minutes walk from Tamsui MRT stop. Beautiful walk to he old customs house. Unfortunately there many motor cycles and bicycle along the river walking path who do not really realise that is us mainly a path for walking.

Lots of shops nearby. The shops along the river are more expensive than in the Old Street.

For cheap meals go to the market area.

Small buildings dating back to the Qing Dynasty. Refurbished and currently in use to this day. Cute little bridge adjacent. Great views along the Tamsui River via a pleasant riverside walking/biking path. Nearby recently refurbished historical buildings contain relevant art and are all open to the public.
The scenery around here is perfectly beautiful.

Walking on Tamsui riverside in evening is very pleasent and refreshing. Many people come here to Spend weekend. The place is more busy on weekends. You can enjoy many fun activities here. The sunset view is very wonderful.

A bit off the tourist hot spot nearby the mrt.... but it is a good and beautiful walk along the river mouth with plenty to restaurants.
