Two alpine ponds with a locket pagoda in the middle

There’s a 180m paved walkway around the two lakes. The naming comes from a sad story. Two indigenous sisters committed suicide when they found out they were in love with the same man.

This is a majestic forest where the sister ponds are located. If you are a fan of jungle trekking, you will definitely love this. I enjoy this moment spent together with the energy of the forest. A must and recommended visit.

Really enjoyed the walking Trail to this attraction. Both ponds are not very large, but they are very peaceful, quiet, and pretty.

There are two lakes here, hence the name Sister Lakes. The larger one is definitively more beautiful.

Nice and serene place. Good for relaxing or meditation. Walking distance from Chaoping Station.
I thought this place wasn't that good when I first saw it in photos. But I appreciated the beauty of the place when I got there with my friends.
Hope for luck that you get there with hordes of tourists. We were fortunate to be there when there were only few tourists.
