Dinler Hotels - Ürgüp

As of beginning of 2024, Dinler Hotel is one of the best hotels I can recommend in Urgup. We had 3 nights there.
Hotel is currently going under a partial renovation and we stayed in an updated room which was neat and clean. Probably all rooms will be updated very soon.
Room service was keen to provide additional toilet papers, water bottles, shampoos, towels and shower gels upon our request.
Quality of the food was above average, everything we ate was telling us to eat it once again, appetizers were fresh and tasty, open buffet had many options including barbecues. Breakfast was fair enough but I wish they had fresh squeezed orange juice on breakfast. Unfortunately most of the 5 star hotels do not provide it other than a few internationally known brands.
Hotel had a safe in the room for peace in mind.
Personnel was welcoming the groups with snacks and Turkish cologne tradition, which clearly signifies how they care about hospitality.
Hotel is at walking distance to city centre around 1,2KM, there are 3-4 supermarkets nearby.
I have good memories sitting in front of fireplace.
Would I stay at Dinler hotel again? Yes!

Nice hotel in Cappodocia especially during winter season

Great place to stay to see Capodocia. Fantastic pool, great restaurant and really friendly, helpful staff on the bar and restaurant.

Very professional accommodating staff. Though simple, my kids loved the 7 hole mini golf. The gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was easy despite having to rely on staff to fill our plates. Pool was absolutely crystal clean, a bit cold for my blood tho. I'd go back.

We just loved the hotel. We had everything. It is located in the centre of the town, it has free WiFi, it is clean and cozy. The staff is wonderful. Great breakfast and dinner and varied. I would always choose this place when going to Cappadocia.

It is a great hotel with a very good swimming pool if you stat during summer. Garden and swimming pool restaurant are worthy enough to pay access fee anyway.

Restaurant has good variety and you have different places to stay after dinner so you don’t get bored of it when spending some days.

For a 1 night stay it was a great dinner served,everyone having fun with paragliding

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Food quality was excellent. Good central location to see sites and do activities.

It's a crowdy place but very nice for resting and relaxing in their thermas and spa. You can find a liquor store 500 mt away, crossing the river, and straight to downtown, in the west. The personal is very helpfull.

Great food! The location it’s very convenient, so close to the main Kapadokia tourist places. The outdoor pool is great!

Almost everything is ok with Dinler hotel because they have been running hotels and the other touristic foundations for ages. They know how to please their guests very well.
