Neat and clean hotel near the city center, can be reached on foot. The food is excellent, there is nothing missing for everyone's taste. The main pool is too small if there are more people in it at the same time. At the pool, there is a lack of greater connection between the changing cabins and the pool, it is not a logical sequence.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Good buffet food with vegan options.

Resort is on the high end, but the staff are not friendly. mattresses aged, not a comfortable sleep.

Great hotel with nice views to the mountains. The food and drinks were great. We would also like to thank Mr. Mucahid. He was very kind helping us looking for desserts without egg because of a food allergy.

This is a 5 star hotel, it is in a quiet place. They serve breakfast and dinner, it is included in the price. It is a cozy place to stay with two swimminglg pools, indoor and outdoor. This pleace made me feel peaceful and relaxed.

Very nice, clean hotel. Very modern, food was good and it even has a few nice stores inside in case you want to buy some souvenirs.

The greatest place to spend lots of time the beach and lots of water activities enjoy the resorts.

Calm and peaceful hotel, the breakfast and dinner are great, I happened to get a room with good view facing the park in hotel’s front area. The staff are helpful and very friendly, Oelif and Ahmet managed to made me and my Mum feels like home with their genuine hospitality and welcoming service

They provide buffet type for guest, this kind of food service is different especially for hotel with serve many group tours

The hotel is located about a kilometer from the town of Urgup. The rooms are very clean and maintained every day, although they are relatively small. There is a mini bar, which is well stocked, for example Coca Cola is 2 euro. The hotel meets its stars and I recommend that if you do not include breakfast or dinner during your visit, pay for them, because there is a wide variety of salads, fish and meat, snacks and desserts.

Lovely hotel with good facilities, looks luxurious, great buffet although restaurant waiter's unhelpful, stood around looking bored but when I asked for a spoon as I didn't realise there were none on table, just pointed me to area, not the service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre
