We stayed at Kayakapi Premium Caves at Başer Evi room. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip! The place is very luxurious. The staff is friendly and goes above & beyond for the customers. The management is very friendly and accommodating.

The cleanliness at the hotel is exceptional.

Incredible! The rooms were spacious and spectacular! Room 133 even had it's own Haman! The views were fantastic and the service could not have been more warm and friendly. Don't miss the tasting menu in the restaurant - it was the highlight of out trip to Turkey. Highly recommend!

Firstly, my apology for the long awaited review. Finallyi managed to get it done..

I would like to take this time to thank you and everyone for making our stay so special! Everything is so perfect from start to finish. I must say your property is gorgeous. The view from our Terrence is just spectacular and the caves we are in Room 128 is an experience one cannot forget. The staff and everyone always have a smile on their face and we such warm hospitality that makes a difference from others.

In addition, how can I forget the breakfast spread is plentiful, delicious, and fresh! Also, we tried room services 2 times for dinner and the food was delicious! Kudos to the chef!

We too tried the Spa, and we fell asleep snoring as it was very relaxing after ATV & Horse riding… Hahaha. Thank you so much for arranging all the tours and transfers via Kayakapi Tours. The private tours & the guide was superb. He is very informative and gave us a fantastic summary of the history of Cappadocia.

To sum it all we can never ask for anything more at Kayakapi premium cave as you all made it perfect for us.

Our stay at Kayakapi room 201 was magical. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and went out of their way to meet our needs. The Haman, pool and other amenities were delightful. We ate their restaurant every evening because the food was fabulous. Truly amazing experience!

Most generous and welcoming people! The restaurant was so yummy and best service. Showing comfort and welcoming to us!!

It’s an experience staying in this place. Our room had a private hammam. Breakfast buffet had many options. One could feel a bit claustrophobic with lack of windows, but the front porch was nice and offered a great view. The only thing missing was an iron in the hotel. They don’t provide an iron at all. The Wi-Fi is quite choppy as well.

10 out 5 stars for everything. I will definitely recommend this place , from check-in to check-out everything was 10 stars. We stayed in room 108 all i could say is wow. The staff was amazing, but I like say special thanks to Abdurrahman for all the help & advices he gave us.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! Staff are so professional, friendly and speak English well. All correspondence prior to our arrival was also very prompt. We requested car seats for our transfers throughout turkey, and they were one of the few hotels who actually provided them. The house keeping staff are fantastic! So prompt and thorough with how they clean the rooms. The way each cave room has been constructed and furnished is well thought out. The property itself is beautiful and so nice to roam around. And the view.. just breath taking!! We ate about half our meals at the hotel and all the food was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

A very beautiful and clean hotel, the staff is excellent and helpful. I was with my family for 3 days, I'm sure we'II come back again. The breakfast is very good and I found glutenfree things to have. It's a WONDERFUL hotel.

This was an amazing experience and absolutely wonderful time for us. The staff were great, the food astonishing and the surrounding landscape was always breathtaking. The restaurant was spectacular for breakfast as well dinner! Honestly just definitely well worth the time we spent there!

Luxury of a lifetime !
One of the best experience in Cappadocia at this premium cave Hotel.

This hotel was exactly as it looks on its website. The rooms are gorgeous and offer beautiful views. I arranged a hot air balloon tour through their guest services that went off without a hitch. I had a traditional Turkish bath through their spa which I would highly recommend and we had dinner at Revithia which was wonderful food coupled with learning about the different regions in Turkey. Oh, and on our final day we took a tour arranged by the hotel with "Captain" who led us through many important sites in the area. I really loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

The absolute BEST place we stayed during our entire stay in Turkey. Not only is the hotel gorgeous, but the staff are dedicated to making your stay the absolute best it can be.

We booked the honeymoon package, and I can't tell you how glad we are we did. You get SO much for the money, and the hotel plans everything for you - down to the transportation to and from each event; not to mention using trusted vendors, so you know you're in good hands.

If we ever go back to Cappadocia, we will without question stay at Kayakapi once again - just an amazing stay.

Luxurious and unique cave rooms, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Gorgeous facilities, illuminated at night, with pretty views over the valley below. The pool was beautiful with views, and looked lovely but we did not use due to cooler weather since came in October. The spa was immaculate. Gorgeous, large marble hamam with beautiful tiling and decor, a sauna, changing room, sitting room, friendly and helpful staff whom delivered excellent spa treatments. Highly recommend the Turkish massage. The food was also delicious - excellent quality with extensive options and one of the most wonderful breakfasts I’ve seen at a resort with everything you could imagine as an option. Try the fresh, made-to-order crepes/pancakes (gozleme I think is the name.)
One of the most notable things I loved about staying here was the exceptional service. Weeks before our arrival even, the guest services team communicated promptly and thoroughly, helping me arrange and schedule tours, bookings, private drivers with custom agendas for the day, airport transfers, balloon rides with the best company. If I had a need or a question they saw to it this was answered and addressed. During our stay was no different, all staff were very attentive and very helpful and friendly.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are coming to Cappadocia which I think everyone should- so unique and fascinating - you should stay at Kayakapi. We will be back.

As soon as you step into the hotel immaculate welcome is showing up. 24 hour Shuttle service is picking you up from your room in seconds. Ambiance in the room is brilliant. Modernity of today is merged with history elegantly and perfectly. Next year I will try a room with a pool inside. We were so appreciative about the most enjoyable breakfast in our lives, hard to define the breakfast experience with all that kind of everything on the poolside with a gorgeous view of Cappadocia. Other hit was the balloon tour with Royal Balloon Company.

Very authentic location and architecture. The rooms were houses up until the 1960's. Very comfortable and cosy rooms, a chill and relax stay. The service was also splendid, the reception was 24/7 available without exception. The breakfast was fresh as can be, and delicious! One of the best I had. The service was also impeccable. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation! It's a premium stay.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views.Very clean. Staff were very friendly. Food was great! Excellent service. No AC in the main bedroom which makes it uncomfortable when it's a warm night. Everything else was perfect!!

We had a fantastic time at kayakapi right from the moment we exited the airport. The transfer was very comfortable and convenient and although arriving late the checknin process was very comfortable.
The hotel is a beautifully restored sprawling complex in a unesco site. The views and amenities are excellent. We had a spot of trouble with the caves steam room which was fixed by the hotels on site team, the same who handle the ongoing restoration projects.
The hotel also organized excellent tours and excursions which made the whole stay very relaxed. The suites are exceptionally well restored and provide luxury and comfort with excellent service.
The hotels restaurants were of excellent quality and one might say even adventurous and delightful in the historical dishes on offer.
We found the poolside service to be a bit variable, but still a lovely experience due to the views, calm atmosphere and always helpful and friendly staff.
I think we did very well in staying at kayakapi and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for your stay.

Stayed here for a night in late August. Great view from the balcony. Great service since the time of arrival and on our leave. The food was very nice. The service was great. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I did enjoy my stay. I would Highly recommend. however, for people with kids who want to use the pool, its very hard trying to keep the kids quiet while people are seated around the pool trying to eat, read or simply enjoy the view, so not the ideal place to take the kids out to the pool, but overall all else was very good.
