He had an amazing stay with the family. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful and the view from the room is also pretty amazing. The only downside I saw was the breakfast was not that amazing and the location is a bit far away from the main Market that is, Goreme, otherwise overall stay was value for money

Spacious rooms and a very quiet location. Service is very good despite the fact that some of the non-public-facing staff have limited English skills. All have been accommodating and professional. We are impressed with the genuineness and kindness of the Turkish people we have encountered.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are good size. Breakfast is great and restaurant serves good food. Staff and especially front desk is very helpful and courteous.

Absolutely stunning hotel, only a short stay so haven't been able to use all facilities. Food absolutely excellent, service has been faultless, only thing I can knock a star off for is location because the hotel is on the outskirts of the local town and there aren't many things within close walking distance. Other than that, perfect.

We like the restaurant which has a good spread of food and hot food. Good service by Semih Ozdemor and team. Clears table promptly and ensures everything clean.
Rooms are good and well lit. Housekeeping also good.
We liked the spa - massage and Turkish bath.

It is a bit far away from Avanos city center but a lovely hotel nonetheless. My second time staying here and I was plased again. Turkish hospitality is top notch and the staff is ready to serve any way they can! I can 100% reccommend.

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Amazingly large comfortable beds.
Stayed 2 nights and We had lunch and dinner on both days.
They had good vegetarian options that we were happy with.

AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! I loved my stay! They have a wide variety of TV channels too! You can see the hot-air balloons from the corner room window. I love the tub feature. They have a wide variety of food options, lots and lots of jams and bread! They have open and sunny seating and also indoor seating facility. I loved my stay

Food are Excellence. Plenty of variety to choose. Fresh and delicious.

The food service team are very efficient. They keep the table clean efficiently

Mr Semih Ozdemir is very friendly and helpful.

That fat guy with the eyes is very good. Very sympathetic and helpful. The handmade chicken you made was really good. Mmmmm. I think he said his name was Fenes. I'll never forget you, fat and sympathetic.

Beautiful room, dining room with a view on the baloons at the breakfast. Service was outstanding, lads were working hard and with a smile on thier face. Plesure to stay there 😊❤ food was super delicious and super big selection

The dinner staff was very attentive and provides excellent service. We were traveling with a 3 y/o and they were very patient and courteous. They brought milk and wine as requested! Thank you!

Spent a little time at the bar on evening and served by Ridvan. He very friendly and he offered me free Turkish tea for free. And I end up ordered Turkish coffee at the bar. What a pleasant experience. Thank you
