Excellent location, quality service, very good hotel experience. A hotel by the river. The garden and its view are wonderful. It is possible to see the balloon flight in the morning. clean rooms, breakfast and food are good

We're from India and stayed for 2 nights at Suhan Cappadocia Hotel in September '23. We had a memorable stay. The location of the hotel is slightly away but had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. In case one hasn't pre-booked hot air balloon ride they will arrange it, but it has to be done early. The ambience is good, the hotel is neat and tidy. The breakfast and dinner spread is awesome; at least the non-vegetarians will relish the delicacies. The only cons : one may easily get lost in the maze of floors and corridors.

I was a little worried reading the hotel reviews but our hotel recommended this spa and it was great!

First of all great for couples cause they don’t separate men/women so you can do all treatments together

Start off with sauna that has a nice big window view of the pool outside
I opted out of the Turkish bath but my fiancé did it and said it was “very exfoliating”
I opted for a longer massage instead which was amazing - it was more like a Thai massage which I enjoyed
Must be comfortable being naked cause I was exposed throughout the whole process but never felt uncomfortable (TnA out for portions of massage)
My fiancé joined me mid massage for his own massage
Finished with face masks
Then showered off
Served with a fruit plate and water/tea in the end
Never felt rushed
Staff were so pleasant
Definitely recommend rather than going to places inside groeme
It was cheap considering the services and attention

There was also a lovely indoor and outdoor pool which we didn’t use

Excellent property and very convenient to sightseeing and cultural activities. Front desk staff Zehra, Hidanur and Zişan hanım were xtremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Both Simge and Gözde hanım were very prompt and extremely polite at the lobby bar. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

a beautiful hotel! great hospitality- food was perfect, the spa was lovely. I had a great stay, they made my holiday so much greater. i will 100% be coming again soon, and bring the rest of my family.

The hotel is located in a lovely town of Avanos, within several minutes walk from the town centre. The rooms are clean and neat, the open buffet food is tasty and of a great variety. The hotel offers both indoor and outdroor swimming pools. The staff are helpful and the service is fast.

Super hotel, big clean room, close to everywhere, amazing spa., very good food in the restaurant .. A really good choice. Highly recommended ❤

It's a great hotel, the rooms are so clean and well organised, the hotel location is amazing, it's located near one of the Turkey longest rivers. The food is so delicious and diverse and the pool is highly recommended.

I arrieved sooner than check in time - they give me my room so friendly sooner - they are so friendly and helpfully - rooms are so clean - every thing is new - the swiming pool and meeting room is so nice

It was like my home, not a hotel. All the staff treat us like our secret. Excellent services. All thanks to the elegant always Gezam .and batu han. And Mr halok. Director, I will be back in a month from now. It has become my favorite hotel

Awesome experience! The carpet in our room could have done with a clean because there were a few stains, but everything else was great. Highly recommend.

Perfect hotel to stay in cappadocia. Just need to add some condiments and kettle in room coz we need some hot drink to drink in this kind of weather, winter. Last but not least, everything perfect. Thumbs up 👍

VERY WONDERFUL!!! DOUBLE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE!!! BREAKFAST AND DINNER ARE OK!!! I JUST HAD DINNER AND BREAKFAST SO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE LUNCH, SO I BELIEVE THAT THE LUNCH ALSO IS VERY FANTASTIC!!! RECOMMEND IT 100%

A huge crowd was there, food was very tasty, rooms were average.

Wanna go shopping, spa, massage Just go down to lobby hotel cz it's there...but of course with high price..if you want something cheap like indomie you can buy it to the front shop outside the hotel.
