Chiangmai Hidden Charm Travel

My experience in Chiang Mai was made really easy with the help of Tong at Hidden Charm Travel. Me and my girlfriend were only here for 3 days so had to squeeze everything in to a tight schedule.
Tong helped us get booked onto 3 great trips in total for a very reasonable price.

An added bonus is Tong is bilingual so it’s a great option for any Spanish speakers.
It made it very nice for my Mexican girlfriend to speak her native language to others on the trips, and helped me in my language learning journey!

Tong was an EXCELLENT resource for many events around the area. We were referred to her by another hotel guest and are SO glad we went. We will always call her when we come or send people her way if they ask for recommendations.

She was very knowledgeable about all the typical tours (elephants, atvs, cooking classes, etc.) as well as some other more obscure classes like wood working and art that we were interestdd in. Her prices are very affordable and cheaper than what we saw online for the most part - there is no fee for using her as her commission is baked into the cost. Very fair business woman.

She also gave recommendations for food and activities where she had no commission. Highly, HIGHLY recommend going to see her.

Very kind and sweet lady who offered us, even without negotiation, the best price we have seen for our desired trip. And after we bought our tickets, we had, for a further half an hour or longer, a very nice chat about all the nice things in the world, we felt very sad to finally leave and give her a chance to get more customers than just us that day. She can speak English and Spanish fluently. The travel agency is rather small but perfectly easy to find, directly opposite of Wat Chedi Luang in Prapokklao Road, one of Chiang Mai's most famous and most beautiful Tempels.

Fantastic tours full of incredible knowledge. They are very generous and gave me specific tips beyond the tours. Would recommend. We did the rafting and wat tours to Doi Suthep.

The place itself is a tourist information, hiwver I want to describe is a perfect place for a coffee.

They serv really nice thai coffee with sweet condened milk. This is the perfect spot to boost your energy on your way to temples.

Just sit down, relax and enjoy your coffee.

Took part in 3 different day tours during my stay in Chiang Mai, all with Hidden Charm - Chiang Rai temple tour, Doi Inthanon National Park day tour with hike and evening Doi Suthep tour - all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a great travel company, good prices and very reliable. If you stay in the old town area then you will get pick up/drop off included as advertised which is perfect. The staff during every tour were knowledgeable and had personality, they even took the time to take photos of me as I travelled alone 😊 Met people I now consider life long friends during the tours. Highly recommend if you want to be in small group tours, up to 12 people 😊

We booked the Doi Inthanon day tour with the short trek.
The tour itself was incredible, the guide was very informative and funny, he explained lots of things and stopped on the trek multiple times to show us things and tell about them.

Very available, friendly and nice staff. Lots of activities and good prices. Communication has been very good. There is also the possibility to buy souvenirs and other nice stuff there. Definitely recommend.
