We had two days free in Chang Mai when we travelled to Thailand and we booked two tours with Changmai Smiley Tours. We had the best two days of our entire two week holiday, we went to see the elephants and bamboo rafting the first day and it was unbelievable experience but this was entirely down to our tour guide on the day. The second day we had a private tour to tiger park and the shooting range with Vii, we literally cannot thank him enough for our day, he brought us around to show us some of authentic Thailand and authentic restaurants. This is my very first google review ever — I normally don’t bother with this kind of stuff but was compelled to do so by the kindness and excellent service demonstrated by Apinya, Tree, and Poy. I booked my tours of Doi Inthanon and an elephant sanctuary through them and they gave me excellent prices for two extremely fun and memorable experiences. All three of them are knowledgeable of anything and everything in Chiang Mai, and were patient in giving me recommendations for things to do that fit my budget. They are also very fun and friendly people — I was even invited to eat dinner with them! They made Chiang Mai a highlight of my trip, and I would strongly recommend coming to them for a good time :))

Most wonderful service and best tourist office in Chiang Mai. Everything was perfect - if I could I would give 10 stars!! Tree (our service contact) was so kind and helpful and understood and organized everything perfectly. She speaks very good English and helped us with everything. We booked an combined elephant sanctuary and white water rafting tour as well as a Muay Thai lesson there and she managed everything, even kept calling the studio after we were gone to inform them that we were coming when they didn't answer at first. Plus there were so many other super cool options and trips to do in and near Chiang Mai for which Smiley Tours offered very good deals. Tree made our stay 100% easier and more comfortable and I totally recommend going there!! ♡
