A good hotel, located near the forest and a small waterfall. There is a parking lot for cars under a canopy. You can take an animal with you, which is also a good bonus. 7 minutes walk to the local train station. There are rooms with forest and mountain views. And in general, I advise you to visit this hotel if you are going to go on vacation to the High Tatras.

Very well organised. I had perfect Views from the window and the balcony.
I got a flat at the Top floor, so the Windows in the roof provided a Lovely night sky View.

Really clean, spacious, comfortable modern property. Very helpful friendly and efficient staff. Well equipped rooms and very comfortable beds. 5min walk to local tram stop or 15min walk to village shops. Ideal centre for a High Tatra hiking or cycling holiday. WiFi isn't very effective for streaming in the evenings when you're not able find English speaking TV channels on the room screen. Unable to mirror devices to room TV either as HDMI inputs are blocked together with smart facility. Still looking forward to returning again very soon.......with our bikes 🚴🚴 and or boots 🥾🥾

We were accommodated in really nice apartman for 6 people, with possibility for 8.
I can recommend this accommodation due to nice environment inside as well as outside. Well equipped. Quite good services. Good price. And really calm place.
But please consider the replacement of pillows that are really wrong. Are very low, almost without filling, I needed to find any fill in my to be able to lie... Very wrong for sleeping... As well as matrasses that were very soft. Of course it depends on person but for our backs nothing good.

This is a great accommodation in Novy Smokovec with very friendly staff and spa facilities. The rooms are large and nice with kitchenette. You can park your car in garage. It is only a five minute walk to Sibir station where you can enter the railway running between Strbske Pleso and Tatranska Lomnica and Poprad. I hope to come back to this nice place:-))

Very clean place with parking plave per room, with roof. Warm inside, about 10 min walk from centre of stary smokovec. Nice friendly staff, good position to all attractions. Big apartmans, elevator in the building, all kitchen apliances

Amazing place to stay at a very reasonable price compared to others in the area. Loved it here, the apartment was super clean and had all the amenities a person might need. Will definitely be coming back soon!

We stayed for only one night in May - and everything was good. Late check in, parking, clean rooms. You can rent bikes (5€ for 2 hours).

Very nice apartment house in the center of High Tatras, so the location is great. It's near a train station and it's in a walking distance to Starý Smokovec–Hrebienok funicular what is a good starting point for a lot of hiking trails.
The rate of value/price is really great and if you want just to stay somewhere and then spend all day in the mountains, it will be very hard to find a better place.

A little bit hard to find but this hotel is way better than I thought. Nice experience there and also enjoyed the beautiful and astonishing views on the mountains
