Atlantic Window

A definite hidden gem for a stay on the island. The house has a postcard location with an amazing view from all rooms (you can even see Pico mountain while having breakfast). It lays in a quiet and calm part of the island, about 40 mins away from the airport by car. It is equipped with everything you can possibly need (even board games and a mixer in the kitchen) and lovely arranged and decorated overall. For cold days all rooms have heating systems. In case you want to go out for dinner: one good restaurant ist just around the corner (Magma). The only negative point I experienced: the master bed is a bit small for 2 persons if you are not used to 1,40m wide beds - nothing too dramatic though. Thanks for the kind welcome to the lady on-site (not the owner of the house, but nevertheless very helpful & caring). We enjoyed our stay a lot and can definitely recommend the Atlantic Window!

Amazing place, amazing view - Atlantic ocean infront and Sao Jorge Island in the distance. A great facility with all comfort to enjoy not only sunny days.

Well equipped houses with awesome views, but a little bit far from main island activities (hikes, caves, whale watching)

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft auf der Insel Pico. Man hat von der Terrasse eine atemberaubenden Aussicht und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein gutes Restaurant ist zu Fuß eine Minute entfernt (Magma). Kontakt zu Helena, die uns empfangen hat, sehr unkompliziert (per WhatsApp) und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und können das Atlantic Window auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
