The view of hotel is excellent, and you can see people surfing, sunset, milky way in summer time, and the beautiful beach.

There is a nice pool, you can enjoy swimming or sunbathing, but the breakfast is quiet normal. The light in room is not bright, but the shower is satisfied.

I like here and will be back again.

We stayed here 3 nights in December 2022. Spacious room with nostalgic design. It was the greatest and unbeatable property among the hotels that I have ever had so far. Stunning ocean view from the hotel room, the wave is high and you can hear the roaring wave surrounding the area. We walked to the cliff nearby and look down, listening the sounds of wave and rocks beating each other, it was like an unbeatable melody of the nature. Thumbs up 👍 to the hotel personnel and the staffs of the in house restaurant. Great service great smile great help from the front desk. Great thanks to the bottle of red wine inside the guest room during our stay. So lovely 🤩. Overall it was a fantastic stay and brought us an unforgettable memory. We will be back! For sure.

We had an exceptional stay here. The staff, rooms, food and facilities were all lovely. The view of the sunset every night, proximity to the beach and ofcourse the 100m pool really make it a special place. Would highly recommend and intend to return one day.

We stayed at Arribas Hotel from 29th August - 5th September and we were really really sad to leave. A week and a half later, I'm still dreaming about staying in this hotel and in Sintra. The hotel building is just absolutely gorgeous, my partner kept raving on about how amazing the architecture is. The pool area is just so cool, comfy sun loungers and theres a kiosk inside should you need any snacks or beers. Our room was lovely, comfy bed, nice bathroom and the balcony was probably my favourite part as you can watch the sunset right in the middle every day. It was also amazing to hear the sea waves crashing first thing in the morning and watching the surfers as well. The food was great, I had the Chicken Poke Bowl a lot! It was my favourite meal there but we had dinner the first night and I had the Tiger Prawn which was delicious. We ate at the breakfast buffet everyday which was amazing! Full english breakfasts available, pastries, juices and every you want and need. The service at the front desk was impeccable and service in the restaurant was hit and miss. When you'd be served by the younger ladies, it was not a great experience but you can let that pass. The area is just surreal and this is coming from someone who has travelled to many countries round the world, there is nothing like Sintra coastline. I felt really sad leaving and I am sure other guests have felt the same. Thank you Arribas hotel, we will definitely be back soon.

We loved this beach front hotel. Be sure to climb the stairs on the cliffs to see the dinosaur footprints which are on the rock faces. The pool is amazing and the views are incredible.

AMAZING coffee, AMBIENCE, with a wonderful amount of space to dine and take a drink inside, the balcony seats are beautiful - a great sight to see the sea behind a superb looking swimming pool! a very reasonable price €5 each to dive into the pool and take a lounger by the pool side to enjoy the sun! ☺🌞 - what a sensational place, I would definitely recommend 🙌♥

Beautiful hotel right on the beach built into the cliff with gorgeous views of the ocean. This is one of most stunning views of a sunset in Portugal while at the same time you hear the waves crashing onto the beach. The hotel staff were professional, gracious and friendly. Special kudos to Rui who was extremely helpful to us. The large 100 meter pool was closed and doesn’t open until May.

The restaurant served a very nice buffet breakfast that had everything you’d want for breakfast. Again the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful.

A great place to stay.

We had an awesome stay here not too long ago. The hotel has an air of nostalgia about it - it would have been the hippest place back in the day.
The views from the rooms are incredible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and restauarants in the local area.
When we went the pool was still closed - but would love to swim in it during the warmer season.
The breakfast was decent as was the restaurant for dinner.

We stayed there two nights. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a perfect location to visit Sintra and the surrounding area. Great beach and pool. See my story on Instagram @travelingcop

A unique hotel in a unique place! All rooms face the ocean, a giant pool with warm ocean water, a good restaurant - all in one space! Staff is helpful, rooms are clean (interior is simple). Also a bus stop that goes to Sintra is just a few steps away (taxi services also work, Bolt and Uber).

One minor thing is that bar staff is sometimes a bit slow (restaurant team is great!).

We stayed here for 2 nights, in order to be close to Sintra and closer to Porto. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff and service were amazing. The pool and beach were incredible. Easy parking; updated rooms and a good restaurant for dining. For more pictures check out @travelingcop on Instagram

My friend and I booked this place for a night as we were passing through and truly wish we could’ve spent the rest of our vacation here! The pool, being off season, was empty (therefore closed), but the gorgeous ocean views and huge, very clean, room was fabulous. Check in was seamless and the gentleman at the front desk was charming. Parking was free and on property. I took wine down to the restaurant to ask them to kindly open it for me and everything smelt delicious. Breakie the next morning was also a delicious spread. I hope to return in the future!
Also, there were lots of spacious communal areas which would be a welcome escape from one’s traveling partners if needed! 😉

Great hotel located right on the beach in Sintra providing beautiful views of the sea and sunrise/sunsets. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars as well. Free parking on site. Breakfast is included. Rooms are modern and feel new. Balcony is much appreciated. Will stay here again whenever we're in town again.

Could not find fault with anything! An impromptu visit for 2 nights and really surprised, especially the service for a small seaside village. Catarina in the restaurant was lovely - professional, and prompt. Breakfasts great quality, beds very comfy, beautiful showers. 103mtr salt water pool with amazing pool deck to relax on, right on the beachfront. Incredible views from every room. All rooms and facilities are kept exceptionally clean. Very stylish Scandinavian design in the main lobby. Did I say I loved my visit!

The location is OUTSTANDING! Beautiful area right off of the beach with sweeping views. The only loud sounds are waves crashing. Rooms were very clean and well accommodated. It's a close walk to get down to the ocean and to nice restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend.

If you like surfing 🌊 this is the place for you. The hotel is in an enviable position at the north side of the beach. It has the most amazing 120m long sea water pool!! Yes 120 metres. Accompanying the giant fresh water pool is a range of diving boards. The bar and staff are pretty heroic, as they will do anything for you. Outside the hotel, are some cool surf shops, and amazing restaurants offering the freshest of fish. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at the Arribas for a couple of days at the start of our three week tour of Portugal May 27th, 2022, and came back for a few more days mid June before returning home to Canada. It was our favourite hotel overall because of the hotel, pool and location on the Atlantic Ocean. The room and balcony facing the constant roar of the ocean was singular! The staff were exceptional with their hospitality also! Whenever we think of Portugal the Arribas hotel is our first thought!

We were very happy with this hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, dinner with good and delicious choices, a wide range of different wines, prices are not too expensive, rooms modern, very clean, the hotel in a very good shape, car parking included and the location with beautiful sunset view direct from our room with balcony. A clear recommendation in all relevant topics.

This Hotel is great! If you are a tourist make sure you have your passports with you as it is a requirement for check in. We had left ours back in our families home. Luckily we had photos.
The location of the hotel is actually very quiet night so if you are looking for nightlife, this is the place. we had the family room which was fantastic. First room had two twin beds, then king in the 2nd.
The pool area is great but they do allow guests to purchase day passes to the pool so it is quite busy on nice days. Breast was a nice simple variety. Had very traditional english breakfast options.
The restaurants on the hotel road were amazing! Dinner at sunset was our favourite.
The hotel is about a 20 min drive to central sintra.
