Great place if you imagine that you are at the edge of the whole of Eurasia. Landscape as the coast with a cozy lighthouse is always a great combination. Also in this place. Just tones of green and blue colors are absolutely stunning. Windy weather is more than expected, so hold your hat if you don't wanna lose it or chase it to the coast of the US😁
Thank you🤩

One of the most beautiful views on this planet. Incredible hike trails. Definitely a must see in Portugal. But in the storm seasons it is better to stay near the lighthouse.

The place has an excellent view and several points to explore to get the exact view you are looking for.

There is a bar/restaurant near the bus stop, so you can count on having a coffee or meal when you arrive.

Depending on how much you like adventure, you can even go down to the beach, but be warned, it requires a certain level of physical ability to get down there.

It's an excellent place to see the sunset, I highly recommend it.

One of the most beautiful and serene spots I have ever been to. Being the westernmost point of mainland Europe, the view of the vast Atlantic is both stunning and peaceful. The sunset is a spectacle to experience from this point. I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone visiting this part of Portugal.

An interesting place. Being the most western point of Europe. Nice views from the clips. And also the surroundings. Lot of traffic since it is a tourist stop for lots of tour busses. But certainly worth the visit. Specially on a sunny day. And there was not to much breeze.

Breathing! First Time I saw an ocean and it was on the westernmost point of continental Europe. The views are amazing, quite poetic. Perfect place to enjoy a good glass of wine and wonder looking beyond the ocean!

I went there when cold weather. A lot of windy , honestly i feel so much fresh air with that incredible place. I would love to come back again. Not too far from Sintra National Palace

Gorgeous! We drove ourselves and got there early so there was plenty of parking near the viewpoint. The views of the coastline are stunning and you truly do feel like you are on the edge of the world. 🤩

We were traveling to Cascais and decided to stop at Cabo da Roca to visit the westernmost point of continental Europe and mainland Portugal. It was a stunning location on a cliff, and the strong wind made it feel like everything around us was being blown away. The view from the top was breathtaking, making our visit to this point unforgettable.

Beautiful spot, definitely a quick visit place. There is a little restaurant/gift shop but I didn’t go in. Great photo opportunities and nice walking paths. There’s rails marking safe areas but there’s always those few walking right past them. Plan an hour, or bring picnic and walk one of the trails and have lunch with an amazing view.

Great place. If you’re in Lisbon you definitely have to visit this place. It takes approximately two hours to get there from Lisbon by train and bus with one stop in Cascais.

Definitely worth a visit. The first time we came here, a couple of years ago, we did not see anything because of the mist. Really glad we came back, because the view at sunset is amazing. Apart from the lighthouse area itself, it's worth it to hike around and get a good brow if the area.

Brilliant views epic. Few restaurants around and great place to walk around and take pics but can be very busy especially when the weathers good ☀

Loved it. Better than pena palace. You could just sit somewhere and enjoy the picturesque colors of the sea. Highly recommended!

The only issue is if you're taking the bus it's pretty slow from the train station to reach.

One of the best sunsets you’ll see. Beautiful landscape all around. There’s a free parking next to it. Very windy

Cabo da Roca is a beautiful and scenic place in Portugal, where one can admire the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged cliffs. It is also a historic and symbolic site, as it marks the westernmost point of continental Europe. Some people may find it too crowded, windy, or cold, especially in the winter months. The access to the cape is also limited by public transportation or narrow roads. There are not many attractions or facilities nearby, except for a lighthouse, a cafe, and a gift shop. However, wonderful view will compensate any of the above mentioned.

One of the most stunning experiences I've ever encountered. The beauty of this place is beyond words, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless.

⚠ ⚠⚠ weather can be quite unpredictable, often windy and rainy, so it's advisable to come prepared with a good jacket and umbrella
