What a nice little beach near Sagres. A lot of golf surfers where riding the waves. The beach is clean and tidy. You can easily park your car nearby at the roadside. This beach is a favorite place for surfers!🏄‍♀

Lovely unspoilt beach with a cafe. Good surfing conditions when many of the other southerly facing beaches are flat.
Doesn’t feel as busy as other beaches but get there before 10am to be sure of parking near the beach in high season

Go to Zavial, if you want to have a beach for kids and small children. The waves are not so high, the nearby restaurant has everything you need, and kids can play in the water without danger.
Bring a tent, as it's pretty windy around here.

Beautiful and quiet beach. Ideal for a getaway from crowded Lagos beaches. The restaurant near the beach is also very good.

Where the rainbow ends! A stunning beach in West Algarve, but not easy to find and very limited parking. The access is down some awkward steps. The beach is wide and there are rock formations all around and small dunes on the west side. The excellent cafe restaurant is closed on Monday and out of season. Do check that the lifeguard is on duty and only swim if the green flag is up. I was there once when a frenchman drowned.

Beautiful beach, enough room for everyone. Dog friendly. Great views from the cliffs nearby.

If you drive all the way to this beach you will find out that was a worthy trip! I went with the campervan and I spent the day, the sea is very clean and blue and it has a beautiful landscape!

Beautiful beach with consistent surf. Could be quite a difficult learners beach though as the waves tend to dump.
