Paula the owner and waitress is absolutely amazing! She will do everything to enjoy yourself! Her husband leads the kitchen, which serves dishes you will not have anywhere else! For us it was an ad-hoc, but great choice for something special at a great atmosphere!

On 25/19/2023, .dîner with my spouse ! We were looking for a restaurant, I was not very optimistic we find one in this little city! It was a fantastic/unexpected experience! Very refined food, lovely service and a magnificent dining room!! We just loved itt!!!

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Recommended by a local friend, we were lucky enough to be squeezed in, despite the restaurant being fully booked. We went with the owner's recommendation, which was exquisite! A cataplana with seafood in a most divinely spiced sauce (a faithful tribute to the Moorish kitchen). The wine (red) was also full-bodied, packed with fruit, and a perfect accompaniment to our meal. Overall, this family-run local gem is a real treat. We can't wait to return!

Super restaurant.. very pretty and super atmosphere as well as excellent service, food and wine. All locally sourced and delicious food. Shame but understandable that many of the specialties such as cataplana are only for 2 pers.

Amazing food as always. We had the two cataplasmas recommended and they were so yummy! The fresh oysters, clams and razor clams were excellent- a true taste of the sea.

Brilliant evening at this restaurant. We were staying in Sagres and having read reviews decided to go up to Vila do Bispo by taxi for dinner. Lovely setting, great service and brilliant food and wine. Particularly impressed by the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend
