Casinhas da Figueira West Algarve Apartments

A true gem of the west Algarve. Lovely and well equipped self contained places in a walled courtyard with private outside space for BBQ's and a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Excellent internet connection. Parking right outside either entrance. A great bar & restaurant 2 minutes from the door and a wonderful 15 minute walk to Figueira beach. It's a dirt road that turns into a goat track (so no cars) teaming with Birds and wildlife. Easy 35 minute walk up to the cliff top with amazing views of this spectacular coast line. I would have given it 6 stars if possible! Perfect!

Casinhas da Figueira is a fantastic hide-away spot to relax and enjoy the Algarve off the beaten track! The guesthouse has three cute well-sized, fully equipped
apartments with privacy around a wonderful garden. Nienke is so nice and loves to tell you about the best beaches and restaurants. And don't forget to book a food tour in Lagos with Joao and try all the local food! Also a great place for small children. Our daughter (2) enjoyed the Lagos Zoo and the beaches.

What a lovely little paradise, located at the edge of Figueira, with a lovely trailer towards one of Algarves most preserved Natural beaches! Nienke is a relaxed and wonderful host, whom offers a great place to stay, your own space and helpful tips if needed. All very clean and well maintained. P.s. the dogs are lovely to have around as well. A huge recommendation!

We had lovely holidays in this place. We really were able to relax. The beach is beautiful and the house is cozy. It has a traditional portuguese feeling and is very clean and comfortable.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in Wohnung Nr. 3 untergebracht, die über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnraum sowie eine private Terasse verfügt. Gleichzeitig kann man den wunderschön angelegten Garten mit den anderen Wohneinheiten mit nutzen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, ohne allzu abgeschieden zu sein. Ein - kaum genutzter, aber sehr schöner Sandstrand - ist fußläufig in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Strecke ist auch nach einem Strandtag sehr gut zu bewältigen. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber; die Küche sehr vollständig ausgestattet (mit allem, was man brauchen kann). Auch eine Waschmaschine (nebst Wäscheständer, Wäscheleine, Bügeleisen und -brett - wenn man denn im Urlaub waschen und bügeln möchte ;-) ) ist vorhanden. Nienke ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und hat uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben und uns bei entsprechenden Buchungen unterstützt. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder:-)

Estupendas vacaciones. La casa muy limpia y bien equipada, camas cómodas, muy buena ducha. El jardín una delicia. Mucha tranquilidad. Playas preciosas y tranquilas. Muy cerca de Lagos y Sagres. Repetiremos.
Segunda vez en el mismo alojamiento y todavía mejorado. Un placer venir aquí. Volveremos el año que viene. 😉

Geweldige accommodatie en uitvalsbasis voor de mooie omgeving. Op loop afstand van een geweldig strand en als je van hiken of trail runnen houdt dan kun je vanuit de voordeur meteen los.

Cuando el descanso y la paz vienen de la mano te sientes un afortunado, si además las casas son acogedoras y elegantiísimas con todo tipo de detalles no solo vas una vez, repites año tras año, volveré y pasare la noche envuelta en una manta viendo la vía lactea. Gracias por todo.

Nos encantó , una semana de paz . Los apartamentos son geniales , tiene todo lo necesario para vivir . Volveremos
