Was a wonderful experience with nice people and delicious food! Fresh seafood/fish and very tasty. Friendly and welcoming staff! Definitely recommended.

I had an exceptional dining experience in this restaurant. The stunning ocean view, coupled with a well-designed restaurant, sets the perfect ambiance for a memorable meal. Best sea food had in our few days holiday in and around Lisbon. Pretty sure the atmosphere goes to 5star too, but we were there just after lunch time and only few tables were occupied. In any case we have been treated extremely well, but the part that impressed us was the way of presenting the day catch including best recommendations how to be better cooked and served which was done in a easy understandable clean English language. WELL DONE! The result was amazing and recommend it 100%.

We are in town for a day and we were advised by many to try O Faroleiro. It did not disappoint. This has been the best meal we have had. I ordered a grilled sea beam with vegetables. My husband had grilled tiger prawns and garlic rice. We were both very satisfied and pleased with our choices. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect seadishes ! Fresh ocean food! Good place with amazing view from window to Atlantic ocean and Sintra's Lighthouse ! Excellent service! Perfect vine cart! Octopus was fantastic, absolutely soft! Yes, no cheep food but....see highier!

Incredible restaurant I strongly recommend anyone passing by to come to O Faroleiro. The Arroz de Marisco is loaded in Lobster. My Portuguese wife thought it was the best she had ever had.
You are introduced to the restaurant by the amazing catch of the day. We also tried the sole but was very tempted by the sea bass (cooked in three different ways including salt baked).
What almost goes understated is the absolutely jaw dropping view. The restaurant itself is immaculate and well appointed.

Most seafood plates are for two, so the prices are quite reasonable. Very friendly and professional service. Great ocean view😳😍. The total for two was 63 € (salad, bottle of house wine, rice with lobster and seafood for two, tea). About 5 € for starters are already included (olives, bread&butter).

I thought I will Portugal with no good food. But my driver recommended this place. Oh so fresh seafood with chilli sauce or sambal we called it. So good.

We came here for the amazing panoramic view of the ocean, but we left even more impressed by the food! We shared a divine arroz tamboril with shrimps and clams. The sheep cheese was also incredible - make sure you try it.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Quite a formal restaurant serious about the food they serve. I had the curried lobster which was amazing.
