Comfortable, light rooms and spacious living/ terrace. Lovely and flexible hosts who have put a lot of love in this house with its typical pastoral Pico view. Maybe not direct on ocean front view, but all the more protected from the elements makes it a relaxed hide out to plan your day and come back to. Enough action in surrounding hills and at the waterfront at Lajes do Pico. Check out Espaço Talassa. We did a birding, a whale watching and a horse riding tour by their platform. Nearby in Silveira is a Hotel Restaurant but also a kind of fish and chips snackbar. Sushi at Mar Sushi Terrace is very good.

Very cozy home & easy to reach.
Filipe and Helena are great hosts.
Definitely coming back, when we have to time explore more of the other islands.

This is such a wonderful, comfortable B&B, we will be back. There are different rooms available depending on size of yr group. It’s newly renovated, so it’s a B&B, you can lock yr personal things. &You’ll have to share, luckily we had a bath in our room.. we were out exploring mostly & not hanging out. High end, &super EASY location in Silveira. We found it on Airbnb.
We couldn’t get any bikes, mopeds/scooters, & forget about jet skis. Altho next parish/town over have some bikes for their hotel. You’ll have to try booking a car @airport, they get taken fast, so you may not find a car either. Having a car was really important, you won’t find an Uber. We did both car & taxi... Taxis are plentiful, the drivers are fantastic!! See attached list.
We ate every meal at Fonte Cuisine @the Aldeia Da Fonte Hotel. It’s across the street down the windy road next to the Gulp gas station.
Owner Felipe & mom go above & beyond to make sure yr well taken care of. They are wonderful.

EXCELLENT. ‘Casa das Caldeiras’ is a cozy and beautiful house with a lot of light and great views. We could find every needed facility and everything was very clean. But the strong point of the house is Filipe, the host. He will provide fresh bread and homemade ham and honey and fruit from his own garden, he will give you weather tips, show you his whaler boat or anything with a love and passion for the island and its traditions that will amaze you. It’s the place to stay if you want to leave Pico Island with a good memory.

Combination of old local house with modern elements. You fell welcome and well as soon as you enter the house. Perfect host, we will come back.

A casa tem um espaço fantástico. Os quartos são espaçosos. O cozinha está toda equipada. A sala comum é acolhedora. Toda a casa faz-nos sentir em "nossa casa". É obrigatório passar os olhos pelos livros que a casa tem alusivos à história dos Açores e em específico da ilha do Pico.
O Filipe disponibiliza todas as manhãs produtos frescos para o pequeno almoço.
É um anfitrião simpático, com quem é fácil ficar à conversa. É alguém que sente a ilha como a sua casa.
É extremamente acessível e muito preocupado com a estadia.

Appartamento molto bello dotato di ogni confort con colazione inclusa e cucina molto attrezzata. Camera molto spaziosa, moderna, spazi comuni curati e molto piacevoli. Menzione speciale per Phelipe che ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta!! Super consigliato.

Agua potente e muito quente na casa. Boa luz, boas areas. Quarto muito acolhedor mas espaçoso. Decoração excelente.

Alojamiento moderno decorado con gusto. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, con salón para descansar y comedor aparte. Tiene parking.
