Pizzaria Alvernaz

The pizza is thick and hearty with lots of cheese and toppings to the edge. It’s similar to Detroit or Roman pizza, but with less bread. Given the amount of cheese and meats, it’s surprisingly not greasy.

If you want a thin Neapolitan or New York style pie, this is not it. For its style, it’s excellent.

The reviews don't match our experience. It wasn't deep dish for us, the crust was not euro-thin, but it was thin. We have chicken #2 and it was delish. yes there's cheese on it, but it isn't OTT. Very flavorful. We ordered ahead of time for pickup 2 hours later. Pizza was good to go when we arrived.

I had a monster (mid sized) Calzone.. I‘ve never had such a massive Calzone, but it was very good 🤩

Also wir fanden die Pizza super! Der viele Käse der hier gelegentlich bemängelt wurde fanden wir genau richtig und total lecker! 😊 wir hatten uns die Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt, eine große mit 4 Belägen nach Wahl für 14€.

Pizzas caseras, mucha variedad y con ingredientes muy ricos, en especial el queso. Tienen pizzas pequeñas, medianas y grandes. Personal muy agradable

La pizza nos ha gustado mucho. Un servicio excelente. Si estáis en Pico y os apetece una pizza id a Alvernaz.
