One of the best grilled steak 🥩 that we've ever had! It was served on a hot 🔥 stone, you need to slice it and put it on the grill.
The fish 🐠🐟 was really good. But the best thing is that we couldn't even communicate with the only person who was there and it made the whole experience much more fun!
We laughed and we ordered something that wasn't sure what it is really till it came to the table.

The menu is only on a black board and in Portuguese.

Highly recommended for the experience.

It was only one more couple when we got there on Monday at 14, in March.

Service was very good and quick (note that I've visited on a weekday in September at 19h). Food was superb, I whole heartedly recommend this restaurant. (I've seen some reviews complaining that some dishes have to much olive oil, however that's the proper way to prepare several Portuguese seafood dishes, if you don't like this speak with your sever when ordering)

I came in only for sardinhas grelladhas as I was craving for them and got the first of season, fresh, mid sized (as I like) and grilled to perfection with sea salt. It came with a simple but delicious tomato salad (onion, oil & vinegar) and delicious bread. I ate my hearts content and paid 15e with a full to the rim glass of white wine. Couldn’t ask for more to be happy then. Host & likely owner friendly and attentive. The venue itself is charming and plays a great radio station which made my lunch the more enjoyable. I was alone which I kind of enjoyed. 👌🏼

All ingedients fresh and brought up to exellent taste in a natural, typical Portugese way. What a nice experience!

Ha sido llegar y besar el santo. 14.30PM, sin reserva, 6 adult@s y 5 niñ@s, esperar 5 minutos a que limpiasen las mesas y para adentro!
3 mesas, una por familia para respetar el protocolo covid. Las comandas por mesa lo que ha hecho que fuésemos a destiempo, pero los que han esperado al principio han sido esperados al final.
La comida realmente muy buena, la espera de cocina normal y comprensible, ha valido la pena.
La brocheta de pescado muy buena, el bacalao mariscado riquísimo, la brocheta de pollo increíblemente tierna! y la dorada fresquisima. Producto realmente bueno!!
Muy agradecidos por el trato!!! Han sido super amables.

Se há sítio de paragem obrigatória para comer em Vila Nova de Mil Fontes, o Portal da Vila é um deles. Boa comida, boa bebida, bom ambiente e muita simpatia!

Restaurante muito acolhedor e fomos recebidos com muito carinho, atenção e cuidado.
Comida excelentemente bem concessionada e com um sabor maravilhoso.

Le meilleur restaurant que nous ayons fait du séjour au Portugal! Viande cuite sur la pierre d'une excellente qualité ainsi que des sardines superbes et quantitatives. L'accueil est formidable et la cuisine n'en parlons pas!!! Le vin rouge de la maison est parfait!

Ziemlich klein und wir wollten erst wieder umdrehen, weil es stark nach Lavendel riecht.
Zum Glück sind wir trotzdem geblieben.
Sehr urig, schlecht beleuchtet und er hat einen Heizpils für uns aufgestellt.
Der Besitzer hat sich sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und das essen war fantastisch.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hingehen!
