This restaurant is awesome. It's clean and bright. The service was awesome. Food was amazing. Had the ciabatta sandwich with pulled pork and sliced cucumber, delicious. Would recommend it to everyone to try.

This place is amazing!!! We will be back for sure. Loved the food! Service was amazing and the atmosphere was on point. I had the brunch combo. Beet hummus, Eggs Benedict and pancakes with ice cream.

A really nice place for brunch, dinner or just for some coffee and cake. We loved it so much we there three times! The food is amazing and every simple dish has a little twist that makes it super delicious! Good variety of vegetarian dishes an great fish of the day!The home made ice tea was not too sweet. Must try: the chocolate cake ;)

We had a wonderful lunch here. There is plenty to choose from with sweet and savoury dishes. We had falafel dish and a waffel with chocolate dish. Also the smoothies were great. Nicely decorated as well! Close to many of the whale and dolphin watching organisations in Lajes so easy to combine just before or after a trip out on the water.

Wow... this place was so nice. Very good cakes, very good coffee ar well which is difficult to find the place in the island. Nice snacks and also a very good atmosphere to stay there. We have visited this Cafe twice.

We had brunch and dinner there. The food was delicious and the waitresses were very nice. The location is also very cozy. Can absolutely recommend this place!

A little oasis for plant-based people in Eastern part of Pico. Very friendly staff and cheerful chef and they have a few vegan options and proper coffee machine with vegan mylks.

Baleias was recommended to us by our wonderful host and it did not disappoint! The food was simply sublime, the best codfish I've had in a long time. The Pico wagyu was one of the more expensive items on the menu but definitely worth the price! The personnel was very attentive and friendly, always happy to help. The picturesque view on the harbor and the Pico mountain completed a wonderful dinner experience.

My wife and I have had both dinner and brunch here several times and each time has been outstanding. The aesthetic, location, and food are all noteworthy and worthwhile. The service has been top-notch. Give them a try and you’ll be happy that you did!
