Amazing stay!! Rooms were really clean! Pool had amazing views, food was delicious! Would stay again!

Nice ocean view! Great service, high-quality food and bar upstairs. Clean room! Also check out their spa + massages - it's a wonderful experience.

We had the garden first week ocean side second. Pick the ocean side at $20 Eu more per night. Rooms are the same on each side with the ocean balcony larger. Garden side is quieter with a view of the prime minister's garden.Ocean side is waves ,ocean,birds swimmers and sky. Lot more activity on the ocean side. Buffet breakfast free, is huge with all and more than you can eat. Staff are more than helpful and English is good with everyone. I thought the place was exceptional. It is a half hour walk to the downtown area which is good. The walk is lit and safe.

The hotel overlooks the water. Our room overlooked the president's summer house garden and ocean. Lots of room. Excellent service from all the staff from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant staff. Food was good. Close to town.

Everything was great, with the exception of the food buffets. But, the bar food was very good.

We had a canceled flight and the airline put us up here. Have to say the staff are so incredibly nice and helpful — just wanted to give them a positive review for being so kind and taking care of us.

Great hotel in Angra do Heroismo. Excellent and very well equipped room, clean and functional. The swimming pool is a plus - especially the view of the Atlantic Ocean while swimming. Calm place. Tasty dishes at the restaurant (buffet style). Very interesting prices.

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly and property was immaculate. Public health guidelines are followed throughout the property and everything is very clean.

Breakfast (buffet) was great for us- included in price! Only had dinner one night, but it was a great deal (€15 per person, or €19 per with unlimited drinks, including wine). Close to city center & easy to get around. Staff was super helpful - answered questions we had, made recommendations and reservations at restaurants for us, arranged a rental car and very nice in general. Has access to the ocean just outside the hotel gate, and a few pools inside/outside. Guests also have FREE access to DreamFit gym - huge plus for me! A legit gym too, not just a regular hotel gym that is common in the states. Overall - excellent experience here!

This hotel was great. We traveled here as part of an Azores Getaway package. Not super ritzy but nothing is on Terceira. The breakfast was the same for the most part every day, but you can make different variations with it - I never got tired of it. The cheeses and yogurt are awesome. Our room faced west and the sunset views were pretty. Duarte at the front desk helped answer many questions for us. Joanna in the bar was super nice and helped recommend great wines to have while out on the island. Great customer service. AC works great in the room. Pool/outdoor patio has amazing views. The market (continente) is a short drive away and you can buy snacks to keep in your hotel room fridge. We had two twin beds that we just pushed together to make a king. Great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly hotel staff, great views, lovely linens, and the food - so tasty. Suggestion: eat all the cake and then walk yourself to the epic gym downstairs and pretend you didn't just eat all the cake.

Bayside Beauty!

I have stayed in Hundreds of hotels across Europe, and this one certainly takes the price for one of the most hidden gems in the continent. WE booked here only because we saw some pictures of waterfront view from the hotel on Booking.coma and HOtels.com websites. But given the super cheap price we paid for it, this was a total shock to us. The pictures on online websites didnt do any justice to the kind of RAW BEAUTY we were treated to!! I Hope my pictures do some justice and represent the awesome Views and character we were treated to at this hotel!

LOCATION: Lovely location on top of a hill with stunning views of the Fortress, Bay, WIld waves crashing against the rocks and spectacular sunrises and sunsets

DINE + DRINK: Good Bar on the first floor with a good selection of drinks, Lobby level Restaurant that serves Breakfast which was nothing much to write about. A potential downside of the hotel.

ROOM: We stayed in 427, so this review is based on that; VIEW:Stunningly SPECTACULAR View of the Bay, Fortress and the old town with wild waves crashing against the rocks! ; SIZE: reasonably spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: GOod Spa quality Cosmetics

FACILITIES: This was yet another highlight of the property. The hotel houses a FULL FLEDGED public Gym with all the bells and whistles. Didnt see that coming! They have a full range of free weights, machines, cardio equipment, studios and even Spinning studios! They have a huge outdoor pool and a mini INdoor pool along with a ton of other sports and recreational setups!

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to HELDER at the front desk who made our stay even more special by allowing a late checkout and the Staff at the bar in the first floor.

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Receptionist was very friendly and forthcoming. View is gorgeous from the pool deck. Rooms clean and tidy. Pleased with the stay.

Amazing hotel staff and the food ..is fantastic with ..excellent cleaning maids...a 10 out of 10. Right on the ocean volcanic rocks and waves... stunningly beautiful and convenient location with beautiful ocean view walkways to the inner city..

Cute hotel near the water we went here for about 6 nights and loved it the room was clean and the turn down service was done daily and very well. The fitness area was nice as well.

Very good hotel choice in Terceira. Staff is friendly. The location is central and it's easy to get to other areas of the island. The prices at the bar and for meals are very fair.

Great view of Monte Brasil. If they offer a Fado night at Bar Monte Brasil go! Great local music and a chance to try an assortment of traditional Azorean food at a good value. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful with tips for what to see and do. We loved Terceira and look forward to coming back again someday.
