Wonderful West of the Island your yesterday with Carlos. Ultra helpful and knowledgeable, always felt safe and comfortable. Will do the East of the Island your next time we visit. Oh, and MB handled our transfer so efficiently. A joy to be with these guys. Thank you all.

We did the Levada do Norte tour. Our guide was Rodriguez who was excellent. The walk is about 7k and is fairly easy if you can walk along a rough narrow path.

We had a few excursions booked with MB tours as part of our holiday package, as well as them doing our airport transfers. We had an all round great experience with them. The transfers were prompt and comfortable, with a very warm welcome from Jean Paul when we arrived at the airport.

We did a guided mountain hike with Jeronimo and he gave us lots of information and kept our motivation up towards the end. A really beautiful hike.

We also did the Monte and Porto Moniz guided tours, where Antonio shared lots of really interesting information about the island and the flora. The Monte trip included being picked up after doing the wicker basket toboggan journey at Monte. These tours are perhaps more suited for those who want a relaxed day being driven around, we got to see more if the island than we would have otherwise as we did not have a car. However for us the hiking was the main attraction, and there were other guided hikes on offer.

Finally the office staff were also really friendly and helpful. Monica gave us lots of information and kindly arranged for us to switch one of the guided tours for the mountain hike, which was much appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful experience on our west-side of Madeira tour with Carlos back in early December. Carlos was absolutely exceptional and clearly has a very true love for the island, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to make the experience as great as he can. A wonderful experience walking the Levadas today in Rebacal to the waterfall and 25 fountains. A huge thank you to our guide who is so knowledgeable about everything there's to know and was also a great company - the walk wouldn't have been the same without him

We did a levada walk which was excellent apart from having the grumpiest guide I have ever met the trip it's self was very good

We also did a tour of the island which was just amazing we got to see so much and the guide (Joe) that we had then was amazing

We got picked up from our hotel and had a great time

They are not on Trip advisor yet but I would certainly recommend them
