Love this supermarket.Always good choice of product.There inside small cafe when you have great deal ,each day fresh meal--lunch,dinner.

Good supermarket
Has fresh fish and meat
Alcohol, juice, snacks, ready meals, cooked chicken, cakes, pharmacy.

Definitely better than spar. Ideal if you are self catering in hotel district or just snacks for picnic.

Can be v busy on a Sunday morning

What a great place. Cheap as chips and has loads of great stuff. Lovely Port at < 7 Euro (Ferreira).

Great little supermarket with all you need, fresh fruit and veg, bread, alcohol etc and the bonus of cooked food you can either take away or eat in at great value :)

One of the biggest and most reasonably priced supermarkets in the Funchal area.

Definitely a 5 star for me. Fantastic find: Supermarket and eat in restaurant - for most things you want or need on holiday you will find it here Local people use this place and prices are really keen. The fruit and vegetables are always very fresh. The store is well stocked and the cooked food is good basic honest stuff. Give it a try you will be suprised how economical it is making you quite a saving on your holiday money

Ignore all small supermarkets and come here for real shopping.

Great supermarket with everything that you may need. There is also a section with cooked food and tables where you can sit and eat your meal, and it is really cheap, price is estimated by quantity. So for dinner it is around 9€ per kg and for lunch it is around 11€ per kg. Dinner begins at 5. People who work here are really nice and helpful. The only down side is that in front of the supermarket often sit people who beg for money

The hot food selections tasted great. Very reasonably priced. It can get crowded at peak periods, but you can chose to eat in or take it to go.

Good for popping in few items.

Just the right size in a supermarket - not so big you get lost, big enough to have all you need 95% of the time. Very friendly staff. Average time in queue less than 3 minutes.
And they got a restaurant, too, for those instances when you feel too lazy to cook a dinner.

Go here almost everyday for delicious take away. 😋 also well stocked for other essentials

Great supermarket, got everything you need including a really nice lady In the hot food cafe part. She was superb and offered a bit to taste before purchasing. So friendly.

Lot of cheap things to buy and great fresh food. I do recommend for both dining and shopping:) also very helpful stuff which do know English and you can pay with credit cards which is not so popular in Madeira

Great value food in the cafe, although often at temperatures which would be considered unsafe in the UK. Having said that, I've eaten there many times and never had any ill - effects.

In comparison to other super markets here good price.
Also possible to eat dinner and lunch.
For dinner you pay for the weight you take.
So if you like a cheap dinner this is the place to go.

Busy little shopping centre with lots of locals shopping there as Well. Plenty of choice and freindly staff. Not to badly priced with own brands and most current products available. Close walk from our hotel which for us was wonderful.

Seems to have everything, has good gluten free selection
