We had a wonderful birthday meal for five people. Great variety of meat and fish on the daily menu for €12.50. Beautiful grilled sea bass, pork dishes and steak. How do they do it for this price?? Thoroughly recommended authentic Portuguese dining, so friendly and relaxed.

Amazing dining experience, wonderful food and such friendly staff. During our stay in Alvor we returned multiple times, cleared our plates and had great times. The quality and taste of the food is difficult to overstate. The menu is simple but very well executed. Huge plates of amazing food, low prices and such nice people, we’ll be back whenever we return to the area.

I went many times to this restaurant and i was amazed by the taste of the food and very welcoming service. If you look for a typical portuguese restaurant, then this is a very good choice. The prices are very friendly and the food is lovely.

We cant say enough good things. Beautiful food and well priced, Relaxed atmosphere and Tanya and Rui (owners) are a pleasure to meet. Very Portuguese style BBQ fish, chicken and beef prepared and cooked from scratch.

This place is lovely! We can highly reccomend the menu complet for excellent value and quality. For 15 euros a head you recieve bread, a drink - large beer or half litre of wine, a starter of homemade soup or salad, a choice of main course and the dishes change each day, a dessert again there is usually a choice of at least 5 or 6 and then you have a coffee to finish!
The staff are super friendly and attentive and the quality of the food is excellent for the price you pay. I can highly reccomend this place! Its just opposite camping alvor and has a lovely large shaded terrace to sit out. We have been for lunch and dinner and bith times were amazing.

Food was great and the patio was nice and chill. We have the mixed grill and chicken with fries and a dessert. Very tasty and fragrant. We ended up ordering 2 orders to go so would highly recommend.

Top chicken piri piri: juicy, slightly crispy on the outside, tasty sauce. Fries and salad. House wine. Shrimp cocktail to start, choice of 10 desserts. We had a perfect experience for 25E/ person, served by the owner tonight

Fabulous food very reasonable great service. Try the seabass or the chicken kebab skewer. You won't be disappointed. Tania is a fantastic host . See you guys again

Not a michelin restaurant, but good cheap down-to-earth restaurant. We tried the chicken piri-piri, which tastes very good and comes with fries. Also the grilled seabass is amazing.

Well worth a vist, the food and the service was excellent, The staff are very friendly, the food is great value for money, I would highly recommend.

My wife and I had one of the best meal in Portugal! Found this place because the original one we wanted to go to had a private party and was closed to the public. On our way back to the hotel and found this place. Great food and service! Highly recommended!

waiter service we got. He was honest (rare), very attentive and funny. It’s nice to have an waiter and owner who feel an honest passion for the food they serve. He really cared, and it showed. The guy literally DEBONED m OUR FISH in front of us, as a gift!! So impressed.
