The Garden Villa ALVOR

We've just returned from a highly enjoyable week's holiday in this excellent villa. Firstly location. Only two minutes walk from the supermarket, 10 minutes from town centre and bars etc. 20 minutes from beach. The position is quiet and relaxing.
The villa is exceptional. It has four large double bedrooms, three en suite with a further bathroom. The air conditioned. accommodation is so comfortable and the quality of beds, bathrooms, equipment etc is outstanding. The villa was spotless on arrival and a pleasure to walk in to.
Finally Daniel. We found all communication to be prompt, accurate and thoughtful. It was a pleasure to meet him and he was willing to help out with advice, restaurant bookings etc. If travelling to the Western Algarve I would highly recommend.

Just returned back from our family holiday in Alvor.
We have stayed in Alvor many times but the first time in The Garden Villa. I must say that the Villa is the best that we have stopped in, and we have stopped in many over the years.
It has everything that you could possibly need, the Villa was nice and clean on our arrival and also the swimming pool was very clean too. The open plan lounge/kitchen is great, bedrooms are really good sizes and the villa and everything inside is to a high specification. The pool got cleaned regularly throughout our stay which was nice and also the maids came in after the first week and cleaned etc.. which they did a fantastic job.
The location is great, only a small walk to the town centre and the area the villa is located in is quiet. Brilliant outdoor space to relax in during the day if you do not want to go to the beach and at night if you fancied stopping in then plenty of room to fire up the BBQ.
Daniel was a great host and was there to help us if needed.
We loved it so much that we booked again for next year while we were there.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at The Garden Villa with our family. Daniel was the perfect host, always on hand to provide help and advice. The property is amazing and in an ideal location, nice and quiet, but not too far to walk to the centre. The villa is very spacious and kept spotless. It is equipped to the highest standards with everything you could possibly need on holiday. We found lots of special touches to make us feel very at home. It has a lovely pool and outdoor area which is kept well maintained. The accommodation is very child friendly. We were so sad when it was time to leave and definitely want to return.

If 6 stars were an option the Garden Villa would have them. We arrived at the beginning of January and are here for 3 months. Daniel is the perfect host and landlord. The meet and greet was superb. We had a tour of the property and everything was explained in detail. The fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and the artwork and ornaments around stunning. We had a minor technical problem with the electric gate and after a phone call it was fixed in super quick time. Daniel gives great advice and help with good restaurants, great walks and the any other information you need. The location is perfect, away from the centre of the Village but still within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the beach. My biggest problem is - I have to go home 😔😉

We have recently returned from spending a family holiday in Garden Villa.
A fabulous property situated within a ten minute walk from the centre of Alvor.
Garden Villa is extremely well equipped with high end appliances ,furnishings and a fabulous pool with terraced areas, the pictures say it all.
We have been holidaying in the Alvor area for the past fifteen years and Garden Villa is by far the best property we have occupied for a family visit.
Daniel is the perfect host with a excellent knowledge of local restaurants and activities in the area
We will definitely return.

The standard of this property is perfect, it has everything you will need and is absolutely spotlessly clean. It is located in a nice quiet area and only a short stroll into the town. The host Daniel is extremely helpful and responds to emails and quires very quickly. I could not recommend this property high enough!

We already knew the beautiful appartments Daniel used to rent. This time we were in this brand new villa with 4 bedrooms and baths. Simply awesome. Everything is as shown on the pictures, the villa has everything we love - quality of materials, choice of furnitures, etc.
Pool and barbecues on the shaded terrasse are speachless...
Daniel and team are as always perfect in making our stay so unforgettable. Thank you!

The Garden Villa offers wonderful accommodation and comfort, scrupulously clean with every modern convenience including a comprehensive TV package. A fabulous property with a great outdoor space and several different terraces availing of all day sun.

Splendide maison flambant neuve, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût dans laquelle on se sent au paradis. Le beau jardin et sa grande piscine invitent à la farniente. Le centre et ses nombreuses boutiques, restaurants, magasins, bars sont à quelques minutes à pied. Que du bonheur, on y retournera sans hésiter.

Magnifique maison, grand confort. De la place, une belle piscine, de la végétation ! Que demander de plus ! Je vous recommande cette villa.
