Hotel Las Orquideas

We loved our stay here, beautiful place and great staff, especially Jon, who helped us in so many things. Big thank you to the whole team. Can recommend a stay here for relaxing, acclimatising as well as the perfect location for hikes, visiting ruines and of course Machu Picchu.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and the shower was very good. The location is ideal, a very short walk from everywhere we wanted to go!

Great Location, very comfortable beds. Breakfast is rather basic but still good.
The owner is amazing - offered us a great tour of some nearby places (a few mins by car and then about 1 to 2 hours of hiking to a beautiful waterfall). Two of us fell sick during the stay and he took care of organising a doctor, recommending medicine and translating everything. He also offered us to stay longer free of charge if required by the doctor.
All in all can't recommend enough.

Quieter location but very close to the center. The breakfast was better than average and the rooms were nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure for showers. Lacking a nice indoor common area but that's minor. Would recommend Las Orquideas.

Clean, simple and comfortable.Hostel Las Orquídeas is a beautiful place and close the station from Machupicchu and Templo del Sol. The support and professionals are really nice!!

I know them a long time ago. We are Tour Operators and for our passengers traveling on a budget this is the perfect place. Fine attention and worried at 100% for their customer. Worth a Peru.

Muy buen hotel. Calidad/precio acorde, de recomienda para visitar Ollantaytambo. Un poco ruidosa la calle. Pero casi todas las que dejan pasar vehículos allí (hay peores cerca). En servicio impecable, camas grandes, desayuno correcto y completo, rico. Personal amable.

Excelente hotel familiar con gente extremadamente amable. Si eres de los que intentan practicar el turismo sostenible este es sin duda tu lugar. Regentado por una familia local sencilla y trabajadora que hará todo lo posible para que te encuentres a gusto. Fue un verdadero placer conocerlos a todos
